[0.1 lb] I used this cable with my Shure MV7 for doing meetings with co-workers. This cable is not flimsy, it has nice flexibility, and it's a good length for when you have to use a full size mic stand. I actually came back to B&H to buy another because I messed up and accidentally damaged the micro-b connector. In the end, it's all good - I would rather have to replace the cable instead of the mic. 5
