Q: 1. Will this cord connect a Sekonic 478DR light meter to an Alienbee B800 light or a Canon 580 ExII flash to meter them?

A: This cord on it's own won't be suitable for either application. I think the Alienbee comes with a 1/4 jack so you'll need a 3.5 mm adapter to use this cord - I don't know if PCB supply the strobe with the adapter. There's no 3.5 mm socket on the 580EX (it's mini PC only) so you'll need a hotshot adapter or just get the PC to PC cord. I'm sure there's a reason you want to use a cord but have you thought about using the meter in cordless mode and just trigger the flash(es) with whatever device you are intending to fire them. Also, it's a more expensive solution but since you have the DR version of the 478 meter have you thought about investing in some Pocketwizards? No cords, no adapters, very convenient and very reliable. I use the Plus IIIs but the Plus X twin pack looks like great value and will work with any other Pocketwizard.

Q: 2. Are pulso heads compatible with Grafit packs? What about battery move packs?

A: The current Pulso heads, the G2 and G4 are compatible with the Grafit power packs. For the Grafit A2 packs, its you can use either the Pulso G2 or G4, while the Grafit A4 packs are best used with the G4, due to the higher watt/sec rating that they can withstand.

Q: 3. Im wanting to mirror my desktop to four monitors in different rooms nearby. This device is my solution Im pretty sure. My question is, what kind of power CPU or ability does my computer need to have to make this work? I dont want to overwork my computer to achieve these 4 separate displays. I also dont want image quality to suffer.

A: I don't think it affects your computer at all. We using it to split a HDMI output from a video camera to a recorder, monitor, and projector. Works great.

Q: 4. Is there such a cable similar to this, except that it connects to a USB power bank type of battery?

A: At this time there is no USB-C version of the Bolt CBP-UC Power Cord for Canon Hot Shoe Flashes.

Q: 5. Are this compatible with move pack as flash ?

A: Yes, the Pulso G lamps are compatible with the Move 1200L for flash only, the modeling lamp is disabled to conserve battery life. For a lamp with both flash and modeling lamp with the Move 1200L, consider the MobiLED lamp.

Q: 6. Are this compatible with Pulso 8 Power Pack?

A: This flash head is compatible with the Broncolor Verso, Pulso, Topas, Grafit, Nano & Opus series packs.

Q: 7. Would this cord connect my canon 7d to my 580ex11 with full metering capabilities. I have a waterhousing for my 7d and a separate one for my flash and the off camera shoe cord does not fit inside my cameras body housing as there is not enough room on the top. So basically I need a cord that will connect the two that is small (possibly connects to side of camera body) and still retains all the metering controls ect. Does such a cord exist?

A: Unfortunately, no, there is not a cable that exists for your stated needs. PC cables do not offer any metering capabilities; they are strictly designed to syncronize the flash with your shutter. When using a PC cable (on any brand camera), you have to set the flash output power manually. If you need a cable that will transfer metering information, you would need a hot shoe TTL off-shoe cable for your needs, such as the Canon OC-E3 Off-Shoe Cable or the Vello TTL-Off-Camera Flash Cord for Canon EOS which we have listed on our website. However, you state you already own a TTL cable, but it does not fit in your housing for your needs. As you are using underwater gear, the manfuacturer may manufacture an option for your needs, but as you have not listed the housing that you own, I would recommend contacting our Underwater Department at uw@bhphotovideo.com and give them the brand/model of your housings to inquire if there is an option that would work for your desired needs.

Q: 8. Does this power cord work with the Nikon SB-800 flash unit?

A: The Bolt CBP-UN Power Cord for Nikon Hot Shoe Flashes is not compatible with the Nikon SB-800. There is no cord adapter that works with the Bolt Universal Compact Battery Pack and the SB-800.

Q: 9. Would this work with the Dracast Camlux Max Bicolor On-Camera Light?

A: Unfortunately, that power supply is not compatible. A suitable option is the Watson Pro 12V 2A Power Supply (2.1mm), B&H # WAPS12V2A21. https://bhpho.to/33OjJLI

Q: 10. will this work with an Atlas Sound ECS-6RM?

A: Yes, the Lowell Manufacturing RPC-20-CD Remote Power Control can be used with the Atlas IED ECM-6RM AC Sequence Controller and Monitor.

[NEMA 5-15P Male] I use this to attach additional power hungry devices to my APC UPS. They are great quality and built to last. Being so, they are a bit heavy and large.

[125 V] I have limited space on the back of my UPS and a handful of plugs that have a transformer in the plug in such a way that one of these covers up other outlets. One of these cord splitters solves that problem and allows me to plug 4 of those transformer plugs into just one outlet and I still have access to all of the other outlets.
