[21 AWG] These mic cables are very sturdy and with the different colors that canare makes which matches exactly all the colors that electrical tape come in they make running a live audio system a lot less stressful.

[4] Yes this brand maybe more expensive than other brands but in the long run it is very reasonable. Some years ago I was put in charge of the a/v dept of a large church with a number of youthful volunteers and we were having trouble tracking the mics as the program participants moved them around so we started to explore solutions and came up with marking the black mic cables with different colored tape then painting the ends accordingly which solved the problem, but it looked like a temporary job so I started to research for a better solution and came across canard mic cables but was uncertain of it. One phone call to a local audio supplier put that doubt aside as he recommended this brand as the only one with colored mic cables and we have not regretted this move. Since the time I purchased these cables for the church other cheaper brands have come out with colored cables, but none are as true in color. The cables that were originally purchased nearly ten years ago are still trouble free even with in experienced people handling them on a weekly basis and they still look new. So when I was in the market for some colored mic cables for my own sound equipment I went back to this brand.

[21 AWG] I have played professionally for several years. In that time I have used a lot of different brands of mic cables. I started using the Star Quad L 4e6s cables a couple of years ago. This cable has made a believer out of me. the cable is superior to anything you can get now days and the Neutrik connectors are Kind in the industry. These connectors are indestructible . Better cables out there, no way.

[21 AWG] If you want colored mic cables with bright colors these are the ones. I purchased some mic kits from b&h a few years ago which came with colored mic cables from a different brand but the colors were more of a pastel shade which my wife whom was helping me pointed out. So I purchased these and the problem was solved.

[44 Ohms] These cables are absolutely fantastic. Sturdy yet flexible rubber coating for easy coiling. Reliable connections and double-grounded for up to 10dB of noise reduction BEFORE it even gets to the preamp. Not to mention the obvious... they're color coated for easy labeling and tracing your audio lines quickly at a show. Nuf said.

[Green] OK, it's just a cable, but if any cable can be called luxurious, this would be it. Clean signal, solid Neutrik connectors, silky handling, and your choice of color. What more can you ask from a cable.

[8 x 8 x 1"] To sum it up, I try to use Canare cables when at all possible, and this is no exception. This is a high quality cable, so do yourself a favor, and dont over spend for the other names. These are some of the best mic cables you can get, very PRO in quality.

[44 Ohms] These are no name cables to me (means I have never heard of them before)... but they are lovely. Super nice. Great connectors, very nice cable jacket, great color options, great price. What's not to love? I do have some Mogami and they are nice also but much more expensive. Full disclosure...... I am not a cable snob. A lot of my other gear is super high end but it's hard for me to get too excited about cables. That's why I think these are so nice...... great cable, great price. Highly recommended.
