The 3x50 Avenger Gen I Night Vision Weapon Sight from Bering Optics is a close to mid-range optic for recreational shooting use in low light or complete darkness. This NVD is equipped with a Gen 1 intensifier tube that produces 35 lp/mm resolution and features automatic cut-off circuitry that protects the tube and operator's eye by deactivating the NVD upon detecting excessive light levels. A red-illuminated floating Mil Dot reticle offers enhanced contrast against the green night vision image and assists the shooter with range and holdover estimation.

This configuration of the Avenger weapon-mounted optic has 3x magnification and f/1.5 light gathering ability, enabling adequate light transmission for effective targeting under moonlight. For indoor use or when operating under heavy cloud cover, the Avenger's built-in 25mW infrared illuminator is capable of lighting a subject up to 55 yd away. This NVD also has a manual focus objective capable of focusing to within 35 ft and an accessory side rail that supports an additional tactical accessory, such as a long-range IR illuminator or laser aiming device. An IPX4-compliant, water-sealed housing makes the Avenger NVD ready to perform in light rain, high humidity, and even freezing temperatures.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. what are the dimensions of the plate?

A: The plate part on the Avenger C1100 Sparrow Plate is approximately 1.5 inch by 4.5 inches.

Q: 2. Will this work for an Aputure 120D II?

A: Yes this pin has a standard 5/8th diameter the same as a light stand.

Q: 3. Will This C-Stand Hold Up the Prolycht Orion 300?

A: Yes this stand is appropriate for the Prolycht Orion 300.

Q: 4. Do these legs self deploy when you place the legs on the ground?

A: No, you have to set the legs out yourself.

Q: 5. What is the max weight that this can hold?

A: The max weight that the Avenger C1100 Sparrow Plate can hold really depends on where it is mounted. An example of a light it can hold is an Arri 300W Plus Tungsten Fresnel which weighs about 4 lbs.

Q: 6. The image does not show the rubber cover on the grip handle. Does the Avenger D200 include the rubber cover on the T-handle?

A: The blue rubber handle cover is included with the D200B, despite it not being pictured.

Q: 7. Is this compatible with “impact” brand c stands? If not, do you know if “impact” makes a short version (6’) like this?

A: This stand has a standard baby pin stud on the top. 5/8" baby pins are a standard so it is compatible with the same grip heads and accessories a Impact C stand would be compatible with.

Q: 8. Why this one costs more than Avenger E250 ? Different metal?

A: The Avenger E250 Long Double 5/8" Baby Pin is designed for use inside a super clamp or any other locking 5/8" receptor. Meanwhile, the Avenger E650 6.0" Pin with Collar is designed for use with a grip head. The collar at the end of the pin acts as an anchor to prevent the pin from sliding completely through a grip clamp.

Q: 9. is this c-stand painted or actual black steel?

A: This stand is painted black which holds up pretty well. I have only had issues of it scratching off were I tighten the screw to mount the light

Q: 10. Can I located the stands on stairs ?? I'm not sure if this could be possible thanks.

A: No. We suggest c-stands with sliding legs. Please review the following item Savage 40" Riser C-Stand with Sliding Leg (Black, 9.6') BH #SACB600 • MFR #CB-600 https://bhpho.to/3BHsDcD

[-4 to +4] Luna Optics LN-G3-B50 is an outstanding set of Binocs with night vision. The instruction booklet states read me first is not an option. You want to view items properly READ the booklet first. Once turned on and focused in the binocs visual ability is outstanding. It now comes with neck strap which is a plus. The unit is a bit weighty. The many functions of IR, Zoom, Color , single picture and video record are very favorable. I have a tripod to aide for (record constant ) and this Binoc does come with stabilize to make your recordings pristine.
The Binoc also produces a WIFI signal that can (with a downloadable APP) project the image to your Smart phone or Tablet with clarity. the unit does comes with a carry case, set of non rechargeable batteries, a 8Gb Micro SD card, Usb cable, a neck strap, and RCA Video cable. The cost of this ITEM JUST DOESN'T MATTER. This items with all the bells and whistles is well worth the money for hours of night vision photography.

[80 mm, f/1.5] I’ve had the opportunity to hunt wild hogs twice with this sight and all I can say is WOW! From the start with the one shot zero capability to the easy user friendly scope adjustments, this scope has lived up to all my expectations. Can’t wait to use it again to hunt wild hogs and coyotes. Great product!!

[Mil Dot Reticle] I haven't placed the scope on a weapon as of yet, but had it out of the box and played around with. I believe it will work perfectly for killing some coyotes that I have bothering us around the house. I will add some photos at a later time and let you know what I think. Keep up the good work!!!!

[50 mm] Before I purchased the Night Vision Monocular I wanted to know if I could use it with glasses or without. I am farsighted and need reading glasses. Customer service at Luna Optics responded to my E Mail quickly and said yes the diopter correction in the eye piece would work, and it does. I can see the display clearly without glasses, allowing the rubber eye cup to be extended. The rubber eye cup does fold up quickly if you do wear glasses and can still see the entire display. The display is very clear both day and night. With some ambient light, the IR illuminator is not required. For long range (200 yards) the adjustable IR illuminator can focus the IR beam to a spot or broader area coverage. Then, I E-Mailed customer service and asked about battery life and they recommended a Power Pack. I measured the current drain in each mode:
1. Unit on, IR Low, Video off, WiFi off = 390 mA
2. Unit on, IR High, Video off, WiFi off = 940 mA
3. Unit on, IR Med Video on, WiFi on =600 mA
4. Unit on, IR High, Video on, WiFi on = 970 mA
The Capacity for the batteries I have: CR123A -1500 mAh, RCR123 - 800 mAh ,Power Bank 10,000 mAh
For the above modes these batteries will last:
1. RC123A 2.1 hrs, CR123 - 3.8 hrs, Power Bank 25 hrs
2. RC123A 0.9 hrs, CR123 -1.6 hrs, Power Bank 10.6 hrs
3. RC123A 1.3 hrs, CR123 - 2.5 hrs, Power Bank 16.7 hrs
4. RC123A 0.8hrs, CR123 - 1.5 hrs, Power Bank 10.3 hrs
For my intermittent use, which is Mode 1, the rechargeable CR123 batteries are fine (EBL16). When I tripod mount the unit, I used the Power Bank.
The optical 6X magnification is fine hand held, but when using the digital zoom at 36x a tripod is needed for good video and photos.

[12°] The ATN x-sight LTV performs well. Video is crisp and clear. Night vision distance would probably improved with larger infrared light. Easy to sight in. Works well.

[3x] The night vision with this binocular is much sharper than I expected. At first I thought the view was blurry and I couldn't make anything out. Then I slapped myself in the forehead and focused the lens. I was a pro photog for 44 years before I retired and tried several night vision devices. All were pretty blurry. This is a keeper. Just remember to focus! Ha ha. Later when I get back in town I will add some wildlife pics (if I can edit this review).

[80 mm, f/1.5] The scope is good. The instructions could be better. The instructions could be a clearer on zeroing the scope. The company could also put an instructional video on there website to help.
