Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this light stand work with the Falcon Eyes SO-28TD Sophiez?

A: Yes.

Q: 2. How would I connect these lights to a Nikon Z? Also, could they fire from the Nikon flash I have? I am trying to find options.

A: To fire the Impact 180Ws Monolight Starter Flash with LED Modeling Light you will need a wire trigger. Such as the Impact PowerTrigger 16 Channel AC Transmitter and Receiver Set.

Q: 3. Where is this light stand manufactuered?

A: COUNTRY OF ORIGIN CHINA

Q: 4. Does it comes with the light?

A: No it doesn't come with a light. It is designed for a speed light. Great product!

Q: 5. Does the fact that the flash's slave sensor or a remote slave would be obscured by the front diffuser cause any problems with reception, output, etc?

A: No it does not effect it, but I have only used it with pocket wizards. Although this product looks like an interesting soft box option, I would not recommend this product. The box cannot tilt down more then about 20 degrees. It makes it extremely difficult to dial in your lighting.

Q: 6. Could you put a Paul C Buff Einstein inside this, if you had the right mounting equipment? Or would that generate too much heat?

A: You could use a PCB Einstein inside the Impact Parabox Softbox (24 x 36") BH #IMPBSB2436.

Q: 7. Does it comes with the light stand as shown in the picture??

A: Yes it does include Impact Air-Cushioned Light Stand (Black, 8') BH #IMLS8AI in this kit.

Q: 8. Is this compatible with a Neewer S101-400W PRO?

A: Yes they are compatible.

Q: 9. Will this work with Flashpoint XPLOR 100 TTL monolight (Godox AD 100 Pro)? TIA

A: If you use the Godox AD-E2 Adapter (included with the purchase of the Godox AD100pro Pocket Flash) on the light stand included in the Impact Parabox Speedlight Kit (instead of the Impact Deluxe Umbrella Mount or the Impact FA-330L Adjustable Locking Triple Flash Adapter), then yes, you may use the Godox AD100pro Pocket Flash with the Impact Parabox Speedlight Kit.

Q: 10. So these do not need domes on the back of these lighting sockets?

A: This kit does not use reflectors. If you would like a kit with reflectors we do have some.

[105 W] 25 year portrait photographer here...After buying all the expensive stribes, I thought I'd try this strobe, less than $100. Works great, with an umbrella for portraits, etc. Why pay more?

[105 W] Combined with Impact 7' parabollic, no light modifier, I thought it was great. Lit up everything nicely with what looked to me to be a good shadow fall off and nice eye high lights. Great combination that I'm glad I bought.

[1x E26/E27] Works great for most work unless you are trying to get the light very close to the subject, and even then you can detach the actual lights and mount them another way.

[105 W] Part of my downsizing kit mission. These replace heavier units. Albeit they have less watt seconds and are plastic bodied but should do well for the work this kit is for. They are very easy to operate and well made so far.

[1x E26/E27] I picked this up on sale to go with my new 36 octagonal Softbox. Though I haven't used it for a shoot yet, I did test it with my Nikon D850 and wireless flash transmitter. It worked perfectly. This is my first experience with something other than an on-camera flash. I'm looking forward to using it soon for some head shots.
