A: I had the same difficulties with my trigger. I sent it back to the manufacturer and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. I did try I few things to troubleshoot it including the battery but it still didnt work. Impact said they would ask B&H to refund me.

A: Always have backup batteries for this product because it can go at anytime. Agreed with other answer to switch up the battery and check the channel used. Also, might sound silly but make sure your wire connections/plug ins are all secure, nothing loose or adapters not fitting properly.

Hi I'm not able yo use this... i have a canon 6D everything is plug well I have the trigger mount in the hot shoe of the camera but every time I press the shutter the light won't pop put if I press the test buttom it works perfectly.
