A: Sorry, no, it does not for two reasons. 1. This lens is for a mirrorless camera and is designed to be closer to the sensor. This has the advantage of reducing the lens and camera size. However, if you were able to mount the lens on a 5D Mark III, this lens would be forced to be too far away from the sensor and consequently it could not focus. 2. Even if you could mount it and focus it still would not work because it cannot make an image that would cover the entire sensor.
