The Leica SF C1 Remote Control Unit allows multiple flash units off-camera and on different channels to fire with different intensities for excellent versatility and creativity in the studio
and on location.

[Up to 128 units] This is a great little remote, and makes it easier to tweak the camera on the fly, especially if it suddenly loses its tracking, which can (and will) happen. I highly recommend getting it!

[Up to 128 units] Using this on a DJI Phantom 2 controller, I found it a little bit of a fiddle to install - requiring three different Allen keys (3mm, 2.5mm and 1.5mm) which EVERY boy should have in his tool kit. In the same way, every boy should know how to use those keys and, using his eyes (his primary source of knowledge which solve 80% of all mechanical problems) should be able to install this so it works. It's very adaptable and, with the inner hole suitable for mounting this on a DJI controller, it provides adequate room for fingers - I mean, the last time I looked, the controls operate via fingers, not fists - and no, fists are not going to fit, but fingers do. If this is not deemed spacious enough, perhaps the pilots concerned should stick to something which requires whole hands: like digging in the garden or turning on taps. One does not need a wrench - just a bit of simple DIY fun and... think, when you get it right, you'll really impress the neighbours, the wife, the kids, the dogs and, of course, yourself. In addition, attach a monitor like the FlySight Black Pearl which is light enough and excellent enough (wih a compact battery) for FPV use. Of course an 8 television set with huge battery is going to be a problem, but then that has no place in an environment where a smaller monitor is all that is needed. Big may be better in the bedroom, but it's unnecessary here. At $$it's money well, and intelligently, spent. It works very well for me.

[Up to 128 units] I love the MeetUp and use it on all my projects for video conferencing. I was bummed when one of the remotes broke (someone stepped on it), but being able to replace it quickly and at a reasonable price, we never missed a step. Setup was a breeze, and it works like a charm.

[2.2 lb (1 kg)] Pairs well with the gimbal, but at first it isn't clear how to connect it. Otherwise worked great with the gimbal.

[2.2 lb (1 kg)] I used to shoot with a Canon 1Dx, for which I acquired the equivalent remote control unit and two 680 Ex flashes; I did quite a lot with that setup, from wedding shoots to macro work. When I moved into Leica equipment, I was resigned to relinquishing that capability; but now, with this remote, my SL2-S and two SF-60s, I'm back to par. I can't say I've fully explored the possibilities with the Leica, but the flexibility and power of these compact flashes, and the intuitive working of the remote, all seem very promising. I had a moment of doubt pairing the thing with the flashes, but in the end it worked as intended, so I'm not sure what I'd done wrong at the outset.
