The Gefen RMT-2IRN IR Remote Control for 2 x 1 Switchers and Matrixes allows effortless selection of sources to be displayed on the connected display when using a dual-input switcher or matrix. The remote may be operated up to a distance of 30’ (9.14m) from the switcher or matrix. All you have to do is simply point this IR remote control at your Gefen switcher or matrix unit and press the button corresponding to the desired source. The Gefen unit will instantaneously display the selected source on your display. An LED indicator light flashes to confirm each key-press and shows that the IR commands are being sent to the Gefen unit.

We had a radio host that had 3 Minnray PTZ cameras that he wanted to use for broadcast to StreamYard. The only problem was that they couldn't locate the person who had initially set them up and could not get into the cameras to set them up. This remote didn't look exactly like the remote in the Minnray manual, but was similar enough that I ordered it on the chance that it would control and allow me to get into them and initialize the settings on the camera to set them up again. Worked perfectly and so glad I took that chance. 5

I bought this remote for my Avaya Huddle Camera HC020 as a replacement because it did not come with one when I ordered the Avaya Huddle Camera originally. The remote works great and allows me to take full advantage of the 4k UHD features and the PTZ features. Overall, a great buy for a replacement ! 5

As far as I can tell, if you lose or break your remote from your Avaya Huddle camera you're up the creek without a paddle. I know of no other ways of activating the very important zoom and pan functions, and considering the cost of the camera, you don't want to lose these. The remote seems to be an identical replacement, except that it isn't labeled Avaya. 5

Fast, no-frills access to basic Astera lighting functions. Depending on the setting, the only potential gotcha is that the IR signal can reflect off of nearby surfaces and activate other Astera lights in the vicinity (like any remote control). 5
