Excellent for use with prints to be toned or re-touched. * It is a near neutral fix that changes the pH of the film or paper from alkaline to near neutral, unlike TF4 in which the film or paper stays at an alkaline pH value. * The only rapid-fixer system that allows the print to be completely fixed without impairing the rapidity of the wash. * No image bleaching. All conventional fixers act as reducers. This means that the longer the material is left in the fixer, the more image silver is destroyed. A: I haven't tried affixing traditional disc labels to these as I use direct inkjet printing through a CD Printer which is what they are designed for. I'm not entirely surprised the label was peeling as the surface of the CD is design for that direct printing operation, not for label adhesion. Don't know what your budget is but the direct printing method works GREAT for these and I've seen discs that were printed 2+ years ago with still a great image. We are using the Primera Bravo 4101 CD/DVD printer but there are other models from the same manufacturer that I bet would work great too. Can't speak for the quality of other printer manufacturers but I know there are others out there.

Q: 7. Does this line of chemicals emit less fumes?

A: They seem to emit less fumes in my opinion, yes. By no means does this mean you don't need ventilation. I've used Kodak and sprint systems in the past but beGan using this stuff in my home darkroom. They're great but you still want proper ventilation.

A: These would be for larger handheld microphones.

A: Preferred options for disposal are to send to licensed reclaimers, or to permitted incinerators. Any disposal practice must be in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Do not dump into sewers, ground, or any body of water.
