The 1000', white Honeywell Genesis 4-Pair Cat5e UTP Cable 1000ft Whitefrom Honeywell Genesis 4-Pair Cat5e UTP Cable 1000ft Whiteis a 4-pair Category 5e Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable. It has a 24 AWG solid bare copper conductor, insulated with polyethylene or polypropylene. The cable is UL (or ETL) verified to TIA/EIA-568 category 5e, sweep tested to 350 MHz, and is general communication UL 1666 riser rated UL (or ETL) listed.

Q: 10. Will these fit Leica M6?

A: The Leica M6 35mm Film Rangefinder Camera has been discontinued and is no longer available. While the camera is not available for testing and I have no way to confirm the size/thickness of the strap eyelet opening, it appears the RucPac Triangle Split Ring should be compatible for use with the Leica M6. However, do note that if you purchase the items and find they are not compatible, you may contact our Customer Service Department to inquire about returning the rings for an exchange or a refund.

[Solid] We are using this wire to set up a IP-based multi-camera system all powered by PoE. This wire is solid-core and has pretty heavy sheathing, so it's a bit stiff to pull through walls. (This isn't so bad--I'd rather have a little too stiff than too flimsy.) The colors on the individual wires are bright, which is great after having dealt with other brands where the orange and brown are almost indistinguishable. So far the wire has held up well and we've had no issues with signal loss or power loss over 75- to 100-foot runs. It's not the cheapest wire, but it is a good value, especially for long PoE runs. Definitely recommended. 5

[Bare copper] Solid cable for critical installations. Coils nicely, quality metal-edge molded RJ-45 connectors that look like they'll hold up for a long time. This is also one of the only molded cables that the little plastic release tab hasn't broken off on in our collection. I wish that design would get better, but appreciate that they've built a solid one in the meantime. 5

[20.6 lb] We wanted to get pink cable to distinguish our cables in a shared closet space. This was the only place I could find bulk cable in this color at a good price. Because the cable comes from a third party, the shipping took a little longer than expected, but B&H support was very helpful and prompt with relaying that information when it became available to them. 5

[Solid] Wire installation is often a labor intensive process. If you are going to take the time, use quality materials. Not only is this high quality wire, but it is offered at a great price! Honeywell Genesis cable is my preferred choice for all low voltage wiring applications. 5

[300 V] As an integrator of 25 years, I've run miles of cable, and most of those were done with Genesis (formerly Honeywell Genesis). The outer jacket is a dream to score/open, I never knick the conductors like so many others that are too tight and/or rubbery. Inner divider is 2x the size of many others, the pairs are evenly/tightly twisted, preventing signal loss and cross-talk. I've run full fluke testing on 10Gb for 10ft or less, and up to 2.5Gb pushing 400ft. Lives up to the on label, and cheaper/easier than CAT6A. Don't mess with the cheap stuff - get the Genesis! 5
