A: No, found that there are lights specifically designed to filter UV. They have an orange plastic base to let you know and are made by OSRAM, a bulb maker company.

A: The lights in this kit can be attached directly to the light stand with the built in 5/8 stand adapter or with the use of the Smith Victor UM-4 umbrella mounts if you wanted to use umbrellas with them.

[1500 Hours] Literally a bulb and not many manufacturers make this at all so it works like it's supposed to. First time buying the long life one so hopefully it can last a little while before it needs replacing. Just used it on a shoot where we hung our Source 4 from a grid and it ran fine all day, 10 hours. 5

[11,780] After studying the lamp for mere milliseconds, it's superior design was obviously intended to be used in only one way. TWO prongs?! Thats it?! Easy-peezy. I popped this glass, porcelain, metal and gas feat of engineering magic in a fixture and BAM! immediate light. Perfect. 5
