A: I use an L bracket on a different camera (Nikon D810, However, the L bracket I use (RRS) has two positions, one of which pulls the short arm of the L away from the camera, permitting sufficient room for the right angle bracket to be attached & leading the cable towards the back of the camera. The straight connect which is supplied with the camera, does not work b/c the cable goes out the short arm of the L, preventing its attachment to the tripod head.

[Cable] I bought this USB extension cable to run printers, scanners and software defined radios (SDR) that are located about 30 feet from me. [Cable] About a year ago, my G-Technology external hard drive stopped working as my time machine backup for my MacBook Pro. I tried all kinds of stuff. Searched the Internet endlessly and boy, there are a lot of people with the same issue. I was debating whether to buy a new drive, but thought I'd try a new cable first.
