The VGA to S-Video Composite Converter - StarTechlets you connect your computer to a flat-panel or CTR display with S-Video or Composite inputs. This converter can be useful for business meetings, tradeshows, trainings, or just for using your computer on a big screen.

Switches on the side and back allow selecting between NTSC and PAL standards for international compatibility and between overscan and underscan for eliminating black bars or shrinking down an oversized image.

Once installed, it will be positioned a bit in front of your shoulder though. [10,000 hours] Use the S-Video to HDMI Converter to connect an old analog video system to a new Digital TV. Without this device the entire system would have to be replaced. That was infeasible. 5

[10,000 hours] I used this unit to convert the s-video output of a teleconference unit to VGA. Picture quality was excellent, no perceivable artifacts in the upconversion of the video. If I had only one gripe it would be the selector button that selects the input from either baseband video or s-video. (not worth losing a star over) Since it is a push button that toggles between the two it can be inadvertently hit and you of course would loose picture. 5
