The RAM Mounts RAM-B-138-UN8 RAM Flat Surface Mount with X-Grip II Holder consists of a 2.5” (6.35cm) diameter round base with the universal AMPS hole pattern, a double socket arm, and a universal X-Grip II clamping cradle for 7” (17.78cm) tablets. The mount is designed with a RAM 1” (2.54cm) diameter rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm. This allows for almost infinite adjustments and good viewing angles. The spring-loaded X-Grip II holder expands and contracts, allowing for an optimum custom fit of your 7” (17.78cm) tablet. Included are extra easy access grip knobs, located on the back of the holder for quick release of your tablet.

A: With the mini-grip moved all the way up to the rubber handle, the maximum possible distance between the reflector clamps measures about 65 on the one I have.

Q: 6. Is there any way I could mount this onto a boom stand with a 5/8 male thread? Maybe an adapter? If anybody knows please let me know.

A: Yes with a C stand Knuckle, something every cinematographer should have in the kit. Just make sure the boom pole and Mic don't get too front heavy, if so sandbag the stand to stabilize it. Better yet use a century stand rather than a lightweight light stand.

Q: 7. Does this fit FujiFilm X-A3 kit lens?

A: It depends on which kit you purchased. If you purchased the X-E3 kit with the FUJIFILM XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS Lens, then yes it will fit. If you purchased the X-E3 kit with the FUJIFILM XC 15-45 F/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens then no it will not fit.

Q: 8. Can I use the Avenger RH353 Reflector Holder with a Manfrotto 5001B?

A: I use my RH353 with a Manfrotto 5001BAC...had some difficulty attaching the clamp to the top section of the light stand, as the diameter of the light stand pole seemed a bit too large for the RH353's clamp. Ultimately got it to work, though. Used indoors only with a 40 collapsible reflector attached with the holder at approx. 90 degrees to the light stand, and the whole rig was very stable. BobH

Q: 9. Does the grid holder fit the original grids?

A: The OCF ll Grids are secured in the Grid and Gel Holder by magnets. The original OCF Grids are not magnetic, and therefore may no fit securely.

Q: 10. Does it fit with StellaPro reflex light?

A: Yes the Profoto OCF II Grid and Gel Holder will fit the Light & Motion StellaPro Reflex Studio light if you have the Light & Motion Profoto C-Stand Adapter.

[0.775 lb] I got tired of vent magnets that fall out and drop my phone. This glue on Ram Mount is very solid and works great. It's a commitment to glue it to the dash but I need phone mounts all the time so I decided to commit. 5

[0.775 lb] Holds the phone solidly. Is easy to adjust to the size of your phone. With the RAM Mount system, it's easy to adjust the placement to where you want your phone to be facing an angled. Not too difficult to place and then remove your phone as needed once you get used to how the holding mechanism works. Recommended. 5

[0.775 lb] I previously had the Ram X Grip Phone holder on the motorcycle. This did work OK except it was difficult to mount my phone without making contact with the buttons on the side of the phone. The Ram Quick-Grip XL solved that problem with the versatile location adjustments of the side pieces. I also appreciate the spring loaded grip at the top of the mount that makes installing or retrieving the phone from the mount quick and easy. 5

[0.775 lb] I have a similar RAM mount for my previous phone and Otterbox case but it was too small. This larger one works great for my Galaxy S21 with the Otterbox Defender case. The phone fits securely in the holder like it should. Great product - far superior to anything else out on the market. 5

[0.775 lb] I needed a phone mount to use for my motorcycle and needed something tough. Holds the phone very securely and was just what I was looking for. Used with short double socket arm and was able to position phone perfectly. A little adjustment was needed for the 4 posts but was easy. Highly recommend. 5
