Q: 3. Is this compatible with any v-mount battery?

[0.7 oz (20 g)] The battery in my camera had all but died. I thought I was going to have to scuttle the camera. This battery saved the day. Great overall service.

[0.7 oz (20 g)] In case you may not know, Ricoh's newest GR II camera does not come with a charger for its batteries, favoring instead direct USB-to-camera charging via an included, although very short, proprietary USB cable. While this is a useful feature in case you need it, it's just not feasible for charging any spare batteries when you're traveling. This charger is great, it's very small and compact, and very lightweight. It is $40 cheaper than Ricoh's OEM BJ-6 battery charger, and it's actually better too. I recently brought this to Japan with me, and right out of the box it's compatible with 100-240V 50-60Hz power grids. There's no need to flip any switches for different countries, just plug it in and go. Ricoh's OEM battery charger advertises that it takes 2 hours to fully charge a depleted battery. While I was in Japan, a fully depleted battery only took 1 hour to fully charge. In addition, even while you're charging a battery, there is a powered USB port that you can use to charge another USB device simultaneously. It's a very handy and thoughtful feature; I left my iPhone charger back home and only needed to rely on this. This charger can accommodate other optional faceplates for other battery models, many of which you can buy separately here at B&H. With this charger, together with my Ricoh GR II, I love that my entire pro camera setup weighs less than a pound. This is a must-buy for any Ricoh GR user, especially for travelers!

[0.7 oz (20 g)] The original battery for my Samsung SC-HMX-20C video camera died years ago, so I decided to get two replacement batteries for the camera. The Watson IA-BP85ST battery was the replacement and it worked great. Both batteries charged up without any problems and I used the camera for about an hour of recording on each battery and the camera said I still had 30 minutes of life left in the battery. I'm very happy with the batteries.

[0.01 lb] I use this for my GRD4 and GR-II. Best I can tell the battery life is same as the manufacturer's battery included with the camera. I charge two of these up and carry them as spares for long trips.

[0.01 lb] Bought two of these as a spare for my Ricoh GR II. They're a great value; you can buy four of these for the price of one Ricoh OEM battery. They fit perfectly in the camera; aside from the label they're indistinguishable from the OEM battery. I tested them while I photographed several events, and the battery life is pretty much comparable to the OEM, despite being rated only at 1000mAh as opposed to the OEM 1250mAh. These are great, I highly recommend them.

[0.7 oz (20 g)] No complaints. This is a lot better than plugging the camera into the flimsy little USB port to charge.
