A: At this time there is no use for the Micro SD card slot.

A: The LiveU Solo ships with a U.S. power adaptor. You would need a US to Australia power converter to use it in that country. Thank you for your question.

Q: 7. Is the output on this device ARC compatible? I have other inputs plugged into my tv, and want to make sure that audio will also be extracted.

A: This extractor does not have ARC.

Q: 8. Can this unit connect to wifi without a USB modem connected? We are looking to connect as wifi only. No bonding. No direct wire connection to a modem.

A: The unit also has a CAT5 connection. And if you are at a difficult site, you can mix all 3.

Q: 9. Is it possible to use both the SDI and HDMI inputs on the LiveU Solo at the same time? (e.g. to stream two camera inputs at the same time)

A: Unfortunately it is not. You are able to use either HDMI or SDI, you cannot connect 2 cameras at the same time to a single transmitter.

Q: 10. LiveU Solo - What other cost is incurred to use this Product? A monthly Fee? How much?

A: In order to utilize the bonding technology of LiveU Reliable Transport, LRT, which bonds multiple connections (2 cellular, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi) a monthly cost of $45 is required. The cellular USB modems are sold separately and usually require a Data Plan.You can utilize the device as a one connection RTMP encoder for no extra cost.

[10' / 3 m ] I really like this cable. I'm a video Editor and Cinematographer in NYC and the other day, I was shooting with a DSLR with a full frame sensor and another camera which I operated. When I mounted a monitor on the DSLR he person I had shooting with the DSLR commented that he had done this before and the monitor kept going out. I had the same problem before and it got worse after the monitor fell and the cable I was using became very intermittent, worse then before. This previous cable had never been great to begin with and I wasn't sure if it was the DSLR connection or electronics that were not great. After using this cable, the feed to the monitor has been !00% reliable which is a great help when needing a larger monitor than the back of the camera which is clear but on the small side. What really impressed me is that when I bought this cable, it was only slightly more then the cheapest one while some of these cables even in this short length are 4 times as expensive, directed towards people who have become Leary of cheaper cables no doubt. The strength of the cable seems to be in the very solid boots that house the end tips and the body is a bit thicker. This makes it slightly less flexible than the cheapest ones but that is a negligible issue and the resulting reliability is high. 5

[8 x 7 x 0.1"] Used this cable in an installation where we ran the cables down the wall (instead of in it) and on top of the floor (instead of under it) and covered with Safcord cord cover. Works pretty well. 5

[10' / 3 m ] Purchased this cable because of features and price, to replace an older, low quality cable connecting a Sony PS3 to a 60 Samsung LED television. The picture using the old cable was low quality with frequent jumps and skips when watching both DVD's and online content. This new cable eliminated this problem. I can think of no cons about this cable. 5

[0.35 lb] I am surprised how this model in longer lengths is not used more often. It costs less than a HDMI to CAT to HDMI. Up to 25' it is always perfect. Definite degradation at 35' and beyond. My favorite part is how it rolls / unrolls so well! 5
