This 15 ft Camplex SMPTE Hybrid FUW/PUW LEMO Gepco Fiber Cable 15ftfrom Camplex SMPTE Hybrid FUW/PUW LEMO Gepco Fiber Cable 15ftis a cable-mount, camera-to-CCU connection cable combining optical, electrical, and control signal paths. It features an FUW LEMO connector and round socket PUW LEMO connector. It uses an extra-flexible, Gepco, 9.2mm, harsh environment outside broadcast cable designed to US SMPTE standards. All assemblies are tested for < -55dB return loss, exceeding SMPTE 304M/311M standards. Diagnostics documentation is provided with each cable.

This cable is standardized by SMPTE for HDTV broadcast camera use. It supports 19.4 Mbps to 3 Gbps bandwidths.

A: This is meant for the interviewer to be on the right or dumb side. It would require extensive, warranty-voiding modification by the user to work the opposite way.

A: It's a decent option for an inexpensive system, but the Eyedirect system is an entirely different level of craftsmanship and design. Both have their own levels and if your project is simple and you're looking to stay within a conservative budget, then the Glide Gear will be a decent choice.

A: The FLM CP30-M5 is not fully waterproof, but can be used in shallower depths without issues. Regular maintenance and cleaning/rinsing to remove sediments are recommended if submersed or if used in saltwater.

A: It's not compatible with smartphones, only telephones with a RJ11C cable.

[< -55 dB] The Complex Lemo Camera Cable with the jackreel is great! We have a system inside but since the pandemic we needed this product to run our camera and function outside. We are still able to function with our switcher in a control room because of this cabling. Great product for indoor or outdoor use. It has been a life saver not worrying about needing more cable... The jackreel is great for storage without tngles and messy wires. 5

[FUW] While I wasn't a fan of the cost at first, this is certainly a product where we are getting what we paid for. Cars and trucks of all sizes run over these cables all the time while we are trying to set things up, and after a year, the cables still look new- no signs of damage or even wear. They have sat outside for over a month at a time, in the rain and snow (minus the ends), and they just work great. 5
