This 164 ft Camplex SMPTE Hybrid FUW/PUW LEMO Gepco Fiber Cable 164ftfrom Camplex SMPTE Hybrid FUW/PUW LEMO Gepco Fiber Cable 164ftis a cable-mount, camera-to-CCU connection cable combining optical, electrical, and control signal paths. It features an FUW LEMO connector and round socket PUW LEMO connector. It uses an extra-flexible, Gepco, 9.2mm, harsh environment outside broadcast cable designed to US SMPTE standards. All assemblies are tested for < -55dB return loss, exceeding SMPTE 304M/311M standards. Diagnostics documentation is provided with each cable.

This cable is standardized by SMPTE for HDTV broadcast camera use. It supports 19.4 Mbps to 3 Gbps bandwidths.

A: We do not see this breaking down and would go with the idea that the carrying case will be adequate for it's purpose.

A: The Blackmagic Design SmartView 4K G3 15.6" DCI 4K Broadcast Monitor with SMPTE 2110 does not have its own specific transport case, but any case that will accommodate the dimensions of 18.98 x 10.47 x 2.75" / 48.21 x 26.59 x 6.96 cm will suffice in this situation. A: Flex shooter mini or pro will both work well on FLM CP30-M5 Hybrid Series II Tripod. If you have a heavy and long lens like the Nikon AF-S 800mm 5.6 lens I would recommend the Pro and if you have a lighter and smaller Sony 200-600 6.3 lens I would recommend the Mini.

[< -55 dB] The Complex Lemo Camera Cable with the jackreel is great! We have a system inside but since the pandemic we needed this product to run our camera and function outside. We are still able to function with our switcher in a control room because of this cabling. Great product for indoor or outdoor use. It has been a life saver not worrying about needing more cable... The jackreel is great for storage without tngles and messy wires. 5

[FUW] We use this to get audio/video to the front and back of large conference rooms, works great. The cable is only as thick as a single regular XLR cable. 5

[LEMO (SMPTE)] I have a reel with just one channel on it, but found out it's cheaper to buy this cable and just remove the bracket from the LC side. Comes right out without cutting anything. 5

[FUW] While I wasn't a fan of the cost at first, this is certainly a product where we are getting what we paid for. Cars and trucks of all sizes run over these cables all the time while we are trying to set things up, and after a year, the cables still look new- no signs of damage or even wear. They have sat outside for over a month at a time, in the rain and snow (minus the ends), and they just work great. 5
