A: This is meant for the interviewer to be on the right or dumb side. It would require extensive, warranty-voiding modification by the user to work the opposite way.

A: The Glide Gear Face-2-Face Interview Periscope & Teleprompter Hybrid's beam splitter glass(the one way mirror) should be one directional, allowing the camera to see through one side while the other is reflective. The reflective side should be faced out towards the subject.
