Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this antenna works in any frequency of the G3 transmitter and receiver?

A: Ive had no issues. It works.

Q: 2. My EW G3 SK100 Transmitter says it goes from 626-662 mhz, does this work? It only says 558 to 626 MHz frequency band.

A: This antenna will not work for your transmitter because it covers a different frequency range. You should be able to get the part you need from Sennheiser. They do sell replacement parts directly to customers. You can reach Sennheiser's US office by phone at 860-434-9190. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Q: 3. How does battery charging work here?

A: The transmitter within the Nady PEM-02 Wireless 2-Person In-Ear Monitoring System uses an AC power supply, and the included bodypack receivers use AA batteries. If the AA batteries chosen are rechargeable, they should have their own proprietary charger.

Q: 4. Hello Is the Sennheiser EW 100 G3 (558-626 MHz) compatible with this antenna?

A: Yes, the Sennheiser 578854 Antenna is compatible for use with for SK 100/300/500 G3 and SK 2000 Bodypack Transmitters (558 to 626 MHz). The SK 100 G3 is the transmitter that is included with a Sennheiser EW 100 G3 Wireless Microphone System.

Q: 5. Does it works with Sk 100 G3 bodypack? (Ew 114 G3). The frequency range of my bodypack is 626-662 (B).

A: Yes, it seems to work on several of the frequencies.

Q: 6. does it work with ew 100 G3 516-558?

A: This replacement antenna will work with the G3 series as well.

Q: 7. Does this product allow separate mix for each receiver or do all users get the same output?

A: The Nady PEM-04 allows one unbalanced input for each individual channel, and two sum inputs that are sent to all channels.

Q: 8. I'm looking for the G2-C (518 to 554 MHz). I haven't had any luck. Does any here know where I can find it?

A: Yes, 518-554 is A band, not C as Gerald said. The antennas are the same between G2 and G3, requiring partial disassembly to reach a solder point internally. You can mix and match G2 and G3 equipment, but turn off the 'pilot' function on the G3. G3 stuff is still available, even though Sennheiser is on to G4 now.

Q: 9. Does this antenna work with my Sk/Ek 100 (516-558 frequency)? Thanks for your reply

A: This antenna only works in 558 to 626 MHz

Q: 10. This antenna suits for the G3 transmitter also?

A: Yes they do, and they are very easy to replace. With the right tools 5 min

[13.2 x 8 x 4"] This is a great product for studio's or live small venue

[0.8 lb] Perhaps previous reviewer had a particular problem. These are outstanding. Built very well with high quality casing and antennae on transmitter and receiver. Plenty loud enough. The head phones that come with have a decent response range and are full sounding. They are not isolating IEM phones though. So you will want to get a higher end pair if you are wanting isolation.

I clocked these @ 120 ft non-line-of-sight (obstructions) range with a little hiccup. To be honest I don't know when you would need that kind of distance. So hiccup at that range to me is irrelevant. Rock solid @ 75 ft and under range.

These are worth the money. Full charge on receiver will last an easy 4 hour set with no degradation of sound, volume,or quality at lower battery levels. Band mates also using them.

[902-928 MHz] There weren't a lot of reviews available for this, but we decided to take a chance on it anyway since the cost is not that high. It was quite easy to set up and we had them patched into our digital mixer and running right away. Set it to mono initially and so far good feedback from our singers on the clarity of the set. The limiter was definitely kicking in at the loudest points and there would be a second when the sound cuts out at that point but not long enough to throw anyone off. Tested the signal strength initially at about 20m away and it was cutting out at times. Ended up putting the base station 5m from the stage and no issues that that range. Didn't use any of the bundled ears as they were quite basic and didn't sound good. Most got their own ears and were quite happy with the results so far. Good value buy.

[13.2 x 8 x 4"] I love this unit! 4 IEM mixes in one rack space. Easy to use. I read the other review (one star). Not sure why they would have problems or need instructions. This unit is so easy to set up and use. Five stars all the way!

[13.2 x 8 x 4"] Wow, as a touring musician, I am hard on gear and always buying and selling gear to find out exactly the best product! When it comes to In Ear systems, CAD is the only way to go! The clarity is unreal, 2 antennas provide better range, less interference, and is better than many other systems I have used over past 15 years! Plus, CAD customer service is amazing! I use many of their products and rarely had an issue, if there was, CAD took care of it asap!

I live the 4 unit one rack space design, keeps everything nice and tidy and compact! When CAD first announced this product, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it, and now I am getting another system for my other rehearsal space!

[0.8 lb] I've used this with my band on about 20 gigs so far. I had much lower expectations for 4 channels of IEMs at this price point. Very few dropouts, super clean sound quality. The included earbuds are crystal clear and fit really well (my custom-made earplugs fall out easier than these guys). Highly recommended!

[902-928 MHz] This worked literally right out of the box. I was so excited to get it that I figured I'd hook it up and try it out before reading the instructions. I tried it out at home due to the fact that we can't engage in any public gatherings right now. I hooked it up to my computer and I was able to freely walk around the house with this strapped to my belt while I listened in on the office meeting. No interference or dropouts around the house but I don't know if that will change in a public venue. The supplied earbuds are OK but not great enough to reproduce the entire spectrum. They're fine for normal speech but if you want to hear a full band mix or even your personal music collection, the lower frequencies get distorted. So I decided to plug in my expensive set of earbuds and I was loving it!
