This 164' SMPTE Hybrid OpticalCON DUO to PUW LEMO Fiber Cable 164'from SMPTE Hybrid OpticalCON DUO to PUW LEMO Fiber Cable 164'is a SMPTE 311M compliant broadcast interconnect cable suitable for outdoor and indoor use. It features a Neutrik OpticalCON DUO NO2SX connector and PUW LEMO connector. The OpticalCON connector is COCA factory terminated and interferometrically tested to GR-326-CORE endface standards. It has common LC contacts and a mechanical shutter system that shields against endface contamination. The cable is tested for < -55dB typical return and comes with diagnostics documentation.

The opticalCON connectors are assembled using the Neutrik opticalCON ADVANCED system, which adds lockable, waterproof metal caps and rubber guards, especially critical for outdoor applications. This improves the cable protection and water resistance in long-term use.

A: Many have suggested here that the decklink 8k Pro would be a comparable card with 4k resolution. Let me warn you, IT IS NOT! As someone who purchased the 8k card and have since returned it, know that the marketing material/ info is actually deceiving. It seems like it would allow for 4 separate in/s out/s at a time, but it doesn't actually do that. It's more of like a quad channel card, or a single input and output card, as opposed to 4 separate inputs or outputs.

Q: 7. Will this work in a system with another identical card already in it? How will the second card present itself to video mixing applications (like OBS)? I'm imagining it being "Decklink Duo (5)" up to "Decklink Duo (8)", I just wanna make sure before I buy a second one

A: You can have multiple DeckLink cards of the same or different model in a system. Different video applications will label the cards and inputs/outputs differently.

[-55 to -45 dB] Perfect cable to connect my new Apple Display to my Macbook Pro for photo shoots.... i bought the longer cable to be able to have the display further from our Digi Tech for the clients to view the images coming in via Viewer on Capture One. I put the cable into a protective liner so wear and tear is less of an issue. 5

[LC] The Complex Lemo Camera Cable with the jackreel is great! We have a system inside but since the pandemic we needed this product to run our camera and function outside. We are still able to function with our switcher in a control room because of this cabling. Great product for indoor or outdoor use. It has been a life saver not worrying about needing more cable... The jackreel is great for storage without tngles and messy wires. 5

[Single Mode] This cord is insane. I use it with the asus thunderbolt4ext card in my desktop running to a standard laptop grade lenovo dock. It works PERFECTLY. I did have to reset my bios to defaults then enable the discrete card (nothing to do with Corning or the product), but I am able to play any game with extremely extremely low latency on a 144hz monitor from the comfort of my bed/couch. If you are concerned about latency on the 80 ft cord, don't. It feels great playing games like civilization, forza, assassins creed. I could probably even play it with the latency focused MW2 if I really wanted to. I highly recommend buying this cord if you have your pc/laptop in an office, but want to enjoy it in your living room, without having to deal with steam link. BUY IT 5

[-55 to -45 dB] Wish I had done this several years ago. The cable enabled me to move my raids to another room so my studio is very quiet now. The speeds accessing the raids did not change from when they were connected with short cables. So far so good. 5
