A: Flex shooter mini or pro will both work well on FLM CP30-M5 Hybrid Series II Tripod. If you have a heavy and long lens like the Nikon AF-S 800mm 5.6 lens I would recommend the Pro and if you have a lighter and smaller Sony 200-600 6.3 lens I would recommend the Mini.

It's more of like a quad channel card, or a single input and output card, as opposed to 4 separate inputs or outputs.
