The Kirk PZ-144 Camera Plate for Nikon D5100from Kirk PZ-144 Camera Plate for Nikon D5100is a quick-release plate that is designed for use with the Nikon D5100 DSLR. It fits Arca-Swiss style clamps to enable a quick release from a tripod head. The plate is machined in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and features a 1/4"-20 stainless steel hex screw for attachment to the camera. There is also a second 1/4"-20 socket adjacent to the screw. Two hex wrenches are supplied to tighten the camera screw and the safety stop screws.

[2.9 oz (82.2 g)] There was a FAQ about the fit for the new Nikon Z6iii. I'm happy to inform it does fit it perfectly. Very high quality and adds enough height where the FTZ (first gen) adapter support foot doesn't conflict with arca-swiss mounting. Works great! 5

[2.9 oz (82.2 g)] This plate very solidly made, it has two pins that go into the holes at the camera bottom, plus the screw, making for three anchor points and preventing any movement. The plate's top is flat, not contoured, which makes it fit all Z6 models (I, II, III), I am using it on my new Z6 III. I also need the slot for the hand grip. The plate has two more options on the bottom for mounting the whole camera, a 1/4-20 thread and a 9 mm hole. 5

[2.9 oz (82.2 g)] I bought this for my Z7II and love it. It is well made and you feel the quality in your hand. Unlike many cheaper plates I've purchased in the past the set screw doesn't fall out all the time, which is good. If you need a plate for your Z6II or Z7II buy this one and you will not be disappointed, I promise. I love B&H and wish I could live in their building at night playing with all the gear. Maybe someday... 5

[1/4"-20] This is by far the best base plate I've been able to find and also at a very reasonable price fits perfectly and is extremely secure. So many others will rotate if the camera is vertical. Also I didn't want to get a cage which adds a lot of weight and unnecessary space. This thing is perfect 5

[0.2 lb] Kirk plates never disappoint. They are made to fit specific models and they do that. I can feel confident this is not going to twist or come loose and the strap connection is a great feature. 5

[1/4"-20] Like all Kirk products I've purchased throughout the years, this plate is perfectly designed. Provides a rock solid, secure connection to my Arca-Swiss head and fits nicely snug. Wouldn't change a thing. FYI, this plate fits the MB-N11 Battery Grip just as well! 5
