A: Sorry, but I can't be of help. I have no engineering background and just use a battery until it quits.

[0.05 lb] Got the battery in seemingly good condition and put it ibto storage to use when the battery that is in use dies. Good service from B&H, as usual. 5

[Alkaline] I merely checked voltage, discharge rate, and mah for the battery in the older Gossen flash/ambient meter, and found that the Exell battery A220/504A matched. A square tubular sleeve of cardstock, no tape required, positions the battery properly in the meter. Remember to remove battery when the meter is not in use, however, for remember- it is still an alkaline battery, and those beasts tend to be subject to leakage, especially the stuff from Duracell, in my experience. 5
