Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does cannon Rc-6 wireless remote control work for all digital Canon brand PowerShot SX540 camera's?

A: No there is no wireless remote for the SX540. You can use the built in wifi to use your cell phone or tablet as a remote.

Q: 2. can the Canon RC-6 trigger work with the Canon R5?

A: Yes. This remote can be used with the Canon EOS R5.

Q: 3. Canon 6d mark 11 manual

A: Yes this would work with the Canon 6D Mark II while set in manual.

Q: 4. I have the Canon Rebel T3 Camera. i recently ordered the RC-6 wireless remote for my camera. Is there a wireless remote setting on the Rebel T3 camera? I can not find that setting anywjere on my camera.

A: Unfortunately, the Canon EOS Digital Rebel T3 DSLR camera does not have an infrared receiver built into the camera, and it is not compatible for use with the Canon RC-6 Wireless Remote Control. The only remotes that are compatible with the Canon EOS T3 would be ones that plug into the 2.5mm sub-miniphone remote terminal on the left-hand side of the camera, such as the Canon RS-60E3 Remote Switch, B&H # CARS60E3. If you are looking for a wireless remote that would be compatible for use with your camera, I would instead recommend the Vello FreeWave Wireless Remote Shutter Release (Canon Sub-Mini Connection), B&H # VERWC1, which uses the 2.5mm sub-miniphone remote terminal.

Q: 5. do i need a clear line of sight for the remote to work?

A: Yes, the remote must be pointing at the camera's sensor (on the FRONT of the camera, just right of the lens. As long as you are in front, and not too far off to the right side (where the lens may interfere), it triggers well.

Q: 6. will this work with canon rebel T100/EOS 300D?

A: No, this is not compatible with the 300D.

Q: 7. Is this remote compatible with 7D Mark ll?

A: The remote is compatible with the Canon 7Dii.

Q: 8. Do you have to have direct line of sight for the remote to work?

A: Yes you have to be in front of the camera and no more than 20'.

Q: 9. Does this work with a canon 5D mark iv?

A: Yes - It works with the 5D Mark IV

Q: 10. Will this hold the shutter open for a night shot?

A: This remote will allow for bulb shooting, typically up to 30 seconds and possibly 60 seconds if your camera has a fireworks shooting mode.

[0.19 lb] Overall, excellent.

I only wish they offered a model with five channels, mini stereo jacks on all inputs, and have one channel with built in audio isolation transformer. Obviously, that would cost more, but then it would go from a great mixer to a perfect one.

[2.7 x 2 x 1.2"] RDL makes a very good series of mixers. This line mixer works very well and saves space. Great for mixing line level inputs

[0.19 lb] Nice and simple DA that works well for balanced signals. Wish it came with it's own PSU but eh.

[0.19 lb] Just needed to have one ceiling mounted microphone output go to two destinations. Nothing fancy. That describes this item - nothing fancy. It gets the job done in a small space, don't need special training to install- it's easy!

[0.19 lb] I've always loved using these in radio, so when I had to build a microphone distribution amp, this was my first and only choice.

[2.7 x 2 x 1.2"] We installed this near the sound desk as a big visible vu meter of the output of audio going to our livestream. It works quite well and doesn't seem to add any noise to the system (or if it does, its negligible enough to not matter once the audio is compressed to the livestream). Plus, its 5x cheaper than anything else like it!

[0.19 lb] Have you ever become frustrated when folks power up an amp rack while a source is delivering a full-scale signal to it? The large LEDs in this unit are eye-catching enough to act as a console output pilot light which might catch enough attention to avoid the situation. There are even more useful applications for the unit... so don't write it off as a toy before trying it.

In our application, a 52kW amp rack is controlled by an innocent-looking key switch. Imagine that someone turns off the keyswitch and then uses the mains level controls as a handy headphone volume knob while the amps are off. Without the eye-catching LEDs displaying mains level, its easy for the next person to activate the keyswitch, deafening those in the path of the 52kW amplifier output.

[0.19 lb] This item worked as expected. It was purchased to amp a line level signal going into an amp. Just make sure you purchase the power supply as well. It is sold separately from the device itself.

[2.7 x 2 x 1.2"] I bought this from B&H in June 2014. It's now Dec 2019, and this amp is still performing flawlessly. I use it to combine 3 different audio sources into a single output that I distribute to various powered speakers throughout my house. I like that I can set the amplification for each source to make each source equal volume on the output. That way I don't have to constantly jockey the volumes when I play a new source. I also love that I don't have to switch anything around. I can play all three (or four) source at the same time if I want, or just stop one and start the other without having to touch any input switches or anything. I have my computer, my bluetooth adapter, and my record player pre-amp all on this thing, and I can easily just start playing the new source without touching anything. I love it. I have it mounted vertically behind the little table that holds the livingroom computer so if I do ever need to adjust anything, it's quick and easy. I do sometimes use the knob to adjust the volume of my record player input.
