This Fiilex Magnetic Gel Holder for Photography Lightingis designed to allow gels and other accessories to be quickly attached to a P360, P200, or P180 LED light. It uses a magnetic mount to snap onto the light and has a two part design in which gels and other accessories can be sandwiched between. This also allows you to extend the dome diffuser or fresnel light to achieve a different quality of light than with these items in their standard positions.

A: Both options would offer a directional beam, but the barndoors would have a sharper edge while a fresnel spot will have a softer edge.

A: The Aputure Barndoors, Grid, and Gel Holder for LS 120d/II and LS 300d/II LED Lights BH #APBD can be used to add space between a gel and the light. Some higher power LED do have a large amount of heat and can melt a gel rather quickly.

[0.245 lb] This thing is a great way to extend your Fresnel out just a little bit more, and get more punch out of your P360 or P360x light. It's like comparing it to a telescope almost. It also narrows the beam angle of your light to give you more of a spot light effect. Great for keeping the light off the walls when work in close quarters where you need to hide/diminish shadows as much as possible. 5

[5 x 3.8 x 2.05"] This is great and use it for a variety of applications, from customizing gels to adding diffusion. Works great. Only problem is that I worried I'll lose the ring that clamps the material to the collar, but that's probably just paranoia cause it snaps on tightly. 5

[5 x 3.8 x 2.05"] I'm using 3 Fiilex 360 lights in my road kit, and adding this gel holder gives me the flexibility to extend a diffuser or Fresnel, or to use gels. It appears to be well made and easy to attach like the rest of the Fiilex accessories. I'm sure I will end up getting more for the other lights once I start using this regularly. 5
