[Attenuator/Pad] I have only two inputs left on my audio interface for keyboards. I have two keyboards. This little beauty lets me play and record either. The real beauty comes from switching to A for my sweetening keyboard while using keyboard B as the MIDI master. That way I can record the audio from my sweetening keyboard with the Sescom switch set to A at the same time as recording several MIDI sound modules that are outputting the sounds from they synths my B (MIDI master) keyboard is playing through. By recording the MIDI, I can go back and run this MIDI recording into keyboard B to record its sound (that had to be left out due to the switch being in the A position for the initial recording. Simply marvelous! This little switch has made a HUGE difference. 5

[-8.0 to +20 dB] I received such gear a few days after having made the order. It reflected the efficiency of B&H. I connected the gear into my HiFi system and immediately felt surprised why such pro product could give me such a good sound. It sounds much better than just using the Cardas adapter. 5

[0.003%] I got the SES to convert the unbalanced signal from my turntable into a balanced signal I could run into my studio monitors. It works perfectly for that. I also like that it has input and output level controls. This means I can adjust the volume coming out of my monitors simply by lowering the input or output level on the SES. Very handy, because it saves me having to walk around behind my monitors every time I want to adjust the volume. Would definitely recommend if you need to do a similar conversion. I tried some adapters first, but the signal was very weak and thin. This is the worth the money. A+ service from B&H too. It shipped fast, and I got frequent tracking updates. 5
