The black DB-J2 Wall Mount Line-Level Input Panel from RDL is a complete unbalanced audio input panel assembly. The front panel features 2 phono jacks intended for mono or stereo consumer level sources. The left and right channels are combined and balanced through audio transformers configured to reject induced hum. A balanced line-level output is provided on the rear-panel terminal block for connection to 10kΩ or higher input impedance line level module or equipment inputs.

The input panel fits directly into RDL back boxes to be mounted in cabinets or on US or international walls (via the WB-1U Universal Wall Box). It can also be mounted directly into cabinets or most standard US single-gang electrical boxes. The back of the input panel is finished with a metal enclosure that is clearly labeled for easy installation.

Q: 1. Can a microphone be mounted on the tripod tube with the boom removed? What is the thread size of the tripod tube?

A: The threads on the tube of the K&M 25977 Tripod Microphone Stand with Telescoping Boom are 5/8"-27. The boom arm can be removed from the stand.

Q: 2. Does it vignettes in full frame cameras?

A: The manufacturer has set no restrictions on this new and interesting product and we have not any feedback on it as of yet. I would say that it depends on the lens with a greater possibility of vignetting the wider the angle of the lens. The final answer depends on the lens, the camera and aperture.

Q: 3. Does this work for both moving coil or moving magnet phonos?

A: Unfortunately the manufacturer does not specify which cartridges are recommended, however we would recommend this unit for use with MM cartridges for best results.

Q: 4. will this adapter fit the Sony E mount camera bodies? I have a Sony A3000 camera.

A: Yes it will, but this is more designed for the APS-C E mount cameras which are the NEX line.

Q: 5. Is this adapter compatible with the A7/A7R full frame cameras?

A: Yes, it would be compatible.

Q: 6. I think the description is wrong. No way this stand goes up to 21 feet. Is this correct?

Q: 8. What is the deepest table/desktop thickness this stand can be mounted on, i.e. 2.5 inch thick desktop, 3 inch thick desktop, etc.?

[Terminal block] This item worked as expected. It was purchased to amp a line level signal going into an amp. Just make sure you purchase the power supply as well. It is sold separately from the device itself. 5

[3.63 lb] This item is a good device for if you to splice audio signals that have to have a common output. i am using this for a customer of mine in a sports bar for hooking up a jukebox and internet radio to a common mixer channel. For something of this nature its good for that. I understand you can use these in multiples but for what Im using it for it does the job!! 5

[Terminal block] We used this to clear up awful feedback on a P/A system. We put this in-line with our system and the feedback is completely gone. So, for my application it was perfect. 5

[Passive] The ACRs we use are needed to prevent noise from being injected into the paging systems output when not needed. They control the proper output from our security voice output when it is needed. They work really well for that need. Can not think of anything bad about the units. 5

[+, -, SHIELD] Overall, excellent. I only wish they offered a model with five channels, mini stereo jacks on all inputs, and have one channel with built in audio isolation transformer. Obviously, that would cost more, but then it would go from a great mixer to a perfect one. 5
