The Sierra RCP-7272 Remote Control Panel 72x72 3G HD Switcherduplicates the 79 buttons and functions of the local front panel of the Aspen 7272HD-3G Video Router. This 2RU Control Panel can be connected directly to the switcher or remotely via a network connection.

Q: 1. Will this work with the new Blackmagic Constellation 2ME?

A: While some users may be able to get certain features to work, since the firmware of the JLCooper ion Broadcast Switcher Panel for Blackmagic Design ATEM (B&H# JLION) has not been updated for the Constellation series of ATEMs we therefore cannot recommend this panel for such use. The manufacturer lists several new ATEMs as compatible with it (due to firmware updates), yet none from the Constellation series.

Q: 2. CAN I USE THIS ONE WHIT Blackmagic Design ATEM Production Studio 4K Live ?

A: I'm afraid not, this unit is designed specifically for use with the Datavideo SE-1200MU Production Switcher. You would need to use an ATEM Broadcast Panel with a Blackmagic Design Switcher.

Q: 3. I have atem m / e 1, and I use the DVE transition I do not see it on the panel but it can be used somehow?

A: Yes, DVE transition is supported. Push the DIP and WIPE buttons in simultaneously.

Q: 4. How much time will I get from the battery and how is the battery recharged?

A: Currently because not yet released, the Blackmagic Design ATEM Micro Live Stream Switcher Panel doesn't have stats on battery life yet.

Q: 5. Will this work with the Sony PMW-FS7?

A: Yes you can. The Ion can be used as a companion to the ATEM Software or you can use it as a stand alone panel for an ATEM Switcher.

A: Yes, this will work with the PXW-X320.

Q: 9. I purchased SE-1200.. I'm planning to buy RMC-260,, does it have already the cable needed to connect them both? Or i need to buy the cable seperately? What cable it is?? Thank you...

A: The RMC-260 connects to the SE-1200MU through a DB9P to DB9P Cable for RS-232 Protocol. The RMC-260 comes with the needed cable.

Q: 10. Is the T-bar weighted? (take nice effort to push and smooth)

A: This panel has a Precision Hall Effect Aluminum T-Bar for smooth Transtion Control. You will be able to get very smooth and precise transitions when using this unit.

[2.6 lb (1.2 kg)] I have a teleprompting company. We work on such shows as The CMA MUSIC Awards and CMA Music Fest in Nashville. [12 VDC] We have an outdoor live location that is transmitted back to our newsroom via fiber circuit. This switcher allows me to keep an HD signal generator (Maxtron) running so the control room can check on the circuit before deploying a crew. When the camera is plugged in it switches to that source automatically and resumes the test signal as soon as the camera is powered off. The unit has been in a weatherproof outdoor enclosure running continuously for two years with no issues so far. 5

[100 - 240 VAC] I was skeptical that this was actually going to work, but it said it passed 3-G SDI signal in an 8x8 format matrix. AND IT WORKS GREAT! Easy to install, operate and best of all- delivers! And at a fraction of the cost of several other SDI matrix brands. I have my iMac, Security Camera Feeds, and Black Magic SSD Recorder hooked up to this (HDMI to SDI converter) all going to 7 Televisions and 1 Projector (SDI to HDMI converted) all giving off a great HD picture. I recommend it. 5

[2.6 lb (1.2 kg)] This is awesome. Passes all signals from SDI inputs to SDI outputs. Easy to navigate. I've bought three of these already and we are now adding them to estimates for clients. Cost thousands less competitors. If you need 12x12 or 20x20 go with Black Magic Design, if you only need 8x8, use this one instead! 5
