Q: 3. is it the generally accepted experience that this paper doesn't make much difference unless used with pigment based and not dye based inks?

A: This Canon Premium Fine Art Rough Photo Paper (13 x 19", 25 Sheets) was designed to be used with Pigment based ink, as such you would see the best results there.

Q: 4. Looking at the User Manual PDF, accessible on the Overview page, it shows an adjustable "sliding" shelf in one view. Not sure which models feature that, but does the 80L cabinet have that? Can "sliding" shelves be ordered separately from Ruggard for the 880L cabinet?

A: The 80L does not have a sliding shelf. All cabinets, except the 80, 235, and 600 have sliding shelves.

Q: 5. Is it normal for humidity to jump 9% after opening the door for 10 seconds? When i open to put my gear in it, it goes up to 48% and it takes more than an hour to go back to 39%

A: According to the manufacturer, depending on the humidity levels in the area in which the Ruggard EDC-50L Electronic Dry Cabinet (50L) is housed, yes, it may be normal for the humidity to rise 9% after opening the door for 10 seconds.

Q: 6. Where does the moisture go? Is there something attached to the unit that collects the moisture?

A: The Ruggard Dry Cabinet contains a cooling wafer which removes moisture from the air by condensing it out. There are no moisture collection units attached to the Dry Cabinet.

[Fiberboard] This is by far the best digital photo frame I've ever seen. It literally couldn't be any better. The images look brighter, sharper and more alive than the best prints from the most expensive processing labs. I love the feature that allows family members to share photos automatically to my frame from wherever they are. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Just a fantastic product. 5

[Fiberboard] This is an excellent product for the price to display large photos on the wall. The color of white wash on ash looks great with a photo with a blurred out white or light colored background. The quality of the wooden frame structure and wooden back to secure the photo in the frame is outstanding. This item is well worth the cost. 5

[Fiberboard] This is an excellent frame for 13 x 19 size photos for the wall. Well made and very budget friendly. It's not overstated in any way or trying to be something it's not. Looks really good. Multi frames could easily be used to display various photos and not ruin the total look. 5
