The XK-80 connects to your computer via USB. It includes software for Windows and Mac as well as three double keys, pre-printed and blank legend sheets, and angled feet. Free software development kits and code samples are also available.

Q: 1. Hi, I have a set of 3 Impact VC500WL strobes, does this transceiver work with the internal receiver of the stobes to trigger them?

A: I am not familiar with the Impact strobes. I have used them on Profoto's Acute2 1200 & 2400 generators and Alien Bee 1600. I have found they do not work on Norman 12/12 (very old).

Q: 2. I have a PowerSync10 transmitter. Is this compatible?

A: Unfortunately, this unit is not compatible with the Impact PowerSync 10 transmitter.

Q: 3. I bought the Impact PowerSync16-80 Transceiver because it's backward compatible, but it will not fire my Speedlite 430 EX or my Travelite 750's... I can see that it is triggering on the display, but nothing happens. Any advice?

A: The PowerSync 16-80 is backward compatible with the Impact PowerSync 16. The PowerSync 16-80 will only trigger PowerSync 16-80 and PowerSync 16 receivers. When using the PowerSync 16-80, which has 80 channels, with the PowerSync 16, which has only 16 channels, use the dip switch guide found inside the battery door of the PowerSync 16-80. The PowerSync 16-80 uses channels 65-80 to correspond to the 16 channels on the PowerSync 16. Additionally, make sure all groups are shut off on the PowerSync 16-80.

Q: 4. Is this unit compatible with the Powersync16 transmitter & reciever?

A: Yes, the PowerSync 16-80 is backward compatible with PowerSync 16 but limited to 16 channels.

Q: 5. Does this device work properly with Big Sur?

A: At this time Big Sur is not supported.

Q: 6. Does this work with premiere pro

A: Yes all of our Xkeys keyboards are compatible with Premiere Pro.

Q: 7. is this compatible with Impact PowerSync16 DC Receiver?

A: Yes, this works perfectly and fast

Q: 8. It is Yongnuo flashes compatible?

A: No idea bro. I have nikon sb 700 and it works ONLY in manual mode. For me it's perfect...

Q: 9. Can you adjust the output of different groups remotely or do you have to adjust each flash output at the flash in question?

A: Hey Zach - to the best of my knowledge, you can certainly assign groups - seems like there were like four pairs across a,b,c,d - maybe. I don't know the math on how many pairs, groups, etc. But, I have truly enjoyed the three that I have - all the best - I hope this helps, all in all great value, comes in a protective pouch, and is pretty straight forward.

Q: 10. Good day, will it be synchronized if I put it on Nikon D850 with Godox Professional Studio Flash?

A: It would be synchronized if you buy 2 transceivers - with the included PC cable

[Rubber Dome] I use this keyboard to start programs, bring up websites, open documents, and to run macros and shortcut keystrokes in several programs that I frequently use. Once you start programming, it's amazing how quickly you fill up all of the keys. If the XK-128 wasn't more than double the price, I would have gotten that one. Basic key programming, which I use for 90% of the keys, is fairly easy. If you learn to edit the program scripts, which is non-trivial, you can pretty much modify any effect of the keys and/or lights that you would need.I have had to contact PI Engineering for a couple of programming glitches, and they were very responsive in helping me work through the issues. 5

[2.13 lb] We're running control room software from Strasis Systems which directly supports all X-Keys keyboards. This keyboard provides our operators the ability to control what they see which greatly simplifies system interaction. We printed custom overlays for each key making it very simple to find a function quickly... the back lighting works great in low light conditions and is programmable (blue, red, magenta shades only). Overall a industrial grade product... we are very happy and have purchased additional X-Keys keyboards. 5

[Rubber Dome] I use this product in conjunction with Pfixer for Lightroom and it's cut my editing time into almost 1/3rd. If you're a photographer that loves hot keys and uses Lightroom, this is invaluable! 5
