A: unit is made in Singapore.

Q: 2. We have a few Smith Vector FL-3 Flourescent, continuous lights. They measure 16.5 outside diameter. Would these fit? Would you recommend these for this product?

A: Thats a good question, I believe I have an 18 inch, and it fits just right, it might but just a bit loose and should work. I hope this helps.

Q: 3. Is it possible to turn off the labels / OSD? I would like to use this to record a 2x2 output to one deck instead of running 4 separate decks for capturing 4 cameras.

A: Product not yet available and we have no resources to test this.

Q: 4. Would this work with Paul c buff light?

A: No, Impact ControlSync 16 Transmitter does not work with the Paul C buff light.

Q: 5. can you utilize all the 2x 6G-SDI, 2x HD-SDI, and 1x HDMI multi-view outputs at the same time? id like to output multiview to many monitors simultaneously.

A: Yes, the Blackmagic Design MultiView 16 can output from all of the outputs simultaneously.

Q: 6. is it support mac?

A: Yes, it includes software for both Windows and Mac OS X.

Q: 7. What is processing delay ?

A: Exact delay parameters are not easily available, but Blackmagic Design multiview systems normally have a +1 frame delay and possibly up to a total of 2+ when non-locked sources are viewed.

Q: 8. Does this multi-viewer support tally?

A: This device does not offer tally light support.

Q: 9. Will this work with Hitfilm on a Mac?

A: We're a programmable keypad, the jog and shuttle have potions that are programmed in the same fashion as our buttons, alhtough I don't have any experience with Hitfilm, if you have a list of keyboard macros to control the software you can program those macros onto the device itself. For MAC users with jog and shuttle models you would need to program the device in Hardware Mode on a Windows machine with our programming software Macroworks 3.1 and then bring it over to the MAC for use.

A: At this time Big Sur is not supported.

[Yes, Blue] So easy to program. I downloaded the software and set this baby up within minutes to use to replicate just the arrows of a USB keyboard. I plan on getting another differently shaped model too. The company was very user-friendly and it is all very intuitive to setup. 5

[1.03 lb] I used the XK-24 for years for my rigging automation control desk and it's been flawless. But I always longed for more buttons haha. Now my software has native support for the XK-80 and it has made my programming muuuuuch more efficient. Highly recommended. 5

[Yes, Blue] I use this keyboard to start programs, bring up websites, open documents, and to run macros and shortcut keystrokes in several programs that I frequently use. Once you start programming, it's amazing how quickly you fill up all of the keys. If the XK-128 wasn't more than double the price, I would have gotten that one. Basic key programming, which I use for 90% of the keys, is fairly easy. If you learn to edit the program scripts, which is non-trivial, you can pretty much modify any effect of the keys and/or lights that you would need.I have had to contact PI Engineering for a couple of programming glitches, and they were very responsive in helping me work through the issues. 5

[170 g] We're running control room software from Strasis Systems which directly supports all X-Keys keyboards. This keyboard provides our operators the ability to control what they see which greatly simplifies system interaction. We printed custom overlays for each key making it very simple to find a function quickly... the back lighting works great in low light conditions and is programmable (blue, red, magenta shades only). Overall a industrial grade product... we are very happy and have purchased additional X-Keys keyboards. 5

[170 g] I use this product in conjunction with Pfixer for Lightroom and it's cut my editing time into almost 1/3rd. If you're a photographer that loves hot keys and uses Lightroom, this is invaluable! 5
