Whether it's for work or play, you can use the XK-12 USB Joystick with 12-Button Macro Keypadto control everything from games to video editing software. It's compatible with any OS and program via USB HID. The infinitely twisting joystick is a 3-axis joystick that can control the x-, y-, and z-axis. The joystick is joined by a 12-button, backlit macro keypad. The keys are backlit and customizable, both in their function and their look, with replaceable keycap labels.

Q: 1. Does this come with the proaim power pack?

A: No, the Jr Pan/Tilt Head will not come with the Proaim Power Pack. It will come with a standard power supply and an Worldwide Power Converter.

Q: 2. is the joystick proportional speed or is it strictly directional?

A: The Proaim Jr Pan/Tilt Head with Joystick Control's (12 VDC) joystick does not have reactive speed support, instead, the tilt and pan speeds are adjusted by via the knobs on the controller.

Q: 3. do you have adapters for other filter sizes, such as 49mm, 55mm, 62mm, and 77mm?

A: As per the manufacturer, step up/down rings can be used with the RL-12 and its included rings to fit your lenses. The kit already includes the 52, 58, 67, or 72mm.

Q: 4. Does this work with Lightroom?

A: The X-keys XK-12 Jog and Shuttle can be programed for various keyboard emulations so it can be programmed for use in Adobe Lightroom.

Q: 5. Does it include software?

A: No, this does not include software.

Q: 6. Does this device work properly with Big Sur?

A: At this time Big Sur is not supported.

Q: 7. Does this work with premiere pro

A: Yes all of our Xkeys keyboards are compatible with Premiere Pro.

Q: 8. Any idea how to control Zoom and Focus using this head?

A: As far as we are aware, the controls on the Proaim Jr Pan/Tilt Head are for the pan and tilt head exclusively, and do not interface with the camera or control it. I believe the easiest way to control your camera's zoom/focus while it is on a crane or jib would be a wireless follow focus system.

Q: 9. Can I mount it on a ProAm USA Orion DVC210 DSLR Video Camera Jib Crane Tilt Stand? Do I need any adapter plate?

A: The Proaim PTJR can mount to many jibs but the weight support of the ProAim Orion is not sufficient for the PTJR to be supported. It would work with other jib models that have a higher weight capacity.

Q: 10. Has anybody used this with FCPX? Can you tell me what functionality it has with that application? Thanks.

A: This has twelve buttons that can be set to any key commands you use frequently in FCPX. In addition to the keys, you can set key commands for the jog dial as well.

[1.2 lb] We're running control room software from Strasis Systems which directly supports all X-Keys keyboards. This keyboard provides our operators the ability to control what they see which greatly simplifies system interaction. We printed custom overlays for each key making it very simple to find a function quickly... the back lighting works great in low light conditions and is programmable (blue, red, magenta shades only). Overall a industrial grade product... we are very happy and have purchased additional X-Keys keyboards. 5

[USB] I use this keyboard to start programs, bring up websites, open documents, and to run macros and shortcut keystrokes in several programs that I frequently use. Once you start programming, it's amazing how quickly you fill up all of the keys. If the XK-128 wasn't more than double the price, I would have gotten that one. Basic key programming, which I use for 90% of the keys, is fairly easy. If you learn to edit the program scripts, which is non-trivial, you can pretty much modify any effect of the keys and/or lights that you would need.I have had to contact PI Engineering for a couple of programming glitches, and they were very responsive in helping me work through the issues. 5

[8.1 x 6 x 3.7"] I've owned the same jib for 14 years and went through 3 different heads. I mainly use it for commercial production. This is by far the best head I've bought. Ironically the least expensive as well. It currently holds a Ursa Mini 4.6 with batteries, mics and various lenses. All moves are very smooth with tapered endings. Very little backlash for geared motors. I give it two thumbs up! 5
