The Shinybow 16x16 HDMI Matrix Switcher EDID Managementis designed for multiple sources and displays features 16 HDMI connections for inputs and 16 HDMI connections for outputs located on the back panel. The unit has EDID management and EDID memory, including the Fast Speed Start feature. This feature permits switching between HDMI sources in as little as 2 seconds.

The switcher supports Ultra HD (3840x2160), 1080p, and 3D formats, and 36-bit Deep Color formats. The front panel includes a large LCD that shows current routing stations of all inputs to outputs, and allows for easy setup of EDID modes. Functional manual control is achieved through push buttons located on the front panel. External functional control is achieved through an RS-232 connection, IR remote control, or IP.

The RS-232 connection allows functions to be controlled by systems such as Control4 (drivers included) or any computerized software / hardware control system. The IP port supports serial commands from any device when using the included software that redirects COM ports to an IP address set in the switcher. The IP port has a built in Web server.

One-to-many or many-to-one connections can be established using the matrix routing switcher. You can easily connect any input device to any output device. You can also establish a single input device to many output devices, eliminating the need to constantly re-route video input and output cables.

A: This does not solve syncing issues.

Q: 2. my input signal is 1080i but i want to output program to 1080p because webcaster x2 will detect the signal for streaming. can i do this?

A: no this is not possible, if your input is interlaced then your output will also be interlaced

A: yes it will, you will need a capture device.

Q: 4. What is the wavelength of the emitter?

A: The frequency is rated at 38khz which calculates to a wavelength of 7889.28 m for RF signals.

Q: 5. Can the Datavideo SE-500DH record separate input channels to another device? If so, what do you recommend?

A: The answer to both questions is that you can sync the audio and it will go out HDMI embedded.

A: Hi Lemuel,Yes, the power supply is auto switching for 110/220 voltages. Datavideo power supplies utilize a standard DC Barrel Connector which have a 5.5mm outside diameter and a 2.5mm inside diameter on the male connector and are wired center pin positive. [17 lb] I had two problems to solve. I wanted to be able to switch between game consoles without turning my entire CRT around to access the S-video port in the back. I also wanted a splitter to output to a capture card for live streams. This does both those things, and it does so without any noticeable loss in quality or added latency, at least to my eyes. 5

[8.82 lb (4 kg)] I was skeptical that this was actually going to work, but it said it passed 3-G SDI signal in an 8x8 format matrix. AND IT WORKS GREAT! Easy to install, operate and best of all- delivers! And at a fraction of the cost of several other SDI matrix brands. I have my iMac, Security Camera Feeds, and Black Magic SSD Recorder hooked up to this (HDMI to SDI converter) all going to 7 Televisions and 1 Projector (SDI to HDMI converted) all giving off a great HD picture. I recommend it. 5

[38 kHz] This is awesome. Passes all signals from SDI inputs to SDI outputs. Easy to navigate. I've bought three of these already and we are now adding them to estimates for clients. Cost thousands less competitors. If you need 12x12 or 20x20 go with Black Magic Design, if you only need 8x8, use this one instead! 5

[17 lb] Plugged the unit in to six Samsung HD 65" TV's and the other end in to an HP i7 PC. Image quality was incredible (Used in Radiology lab). The HP even found a sound device and audio came out of every TV. More than I expected from this switcher!! A++ 5
