A: I bought this bag earlier this year and really like it. I've taken it on numerous excursions and multiple plane trips. It fits nicely in most overhead bins. There's a lot of room in this bag for top-loading, and you can change the configuration if desired. But the side pocket access is more limited in terms of what you can place there. I have a Nikon D610 and battery grip that when attached doesn't fit well on the side pocket, but works fine from the top access, with various lenses attached.. So it depends on how important the side pocket access is to you when configured with the battery grip. Otherwise a good bag with great padding for protection.
