The satin nickel Amphenol AC Series XLR Male Cable Connector Metal Shellby Amphenol AC Series XLR Male Cable Connector Metal Shellis for soldering to studio-quality cables and is engineered for critical recording and broadcast applications. [0.075 lb] These are well made, they are just long enough that it is easy to keep the connection points separate and they have just the right amount of friction when using them. They hold on when connected but they don't feel like they are going to tear your equipment apart when you remove them. 5
