The PW50 50 Watt Personal PA System from Powerwerks PW50 50W Personal PA Systemis designed for use in a variety of PA applications, such as vocals, instruments, keyboards, drum machines, audio devices, and more. It boasts twin 4.5-inch speakers in addition to a high-frequency driver for balanced mid- and high-range sounds, helping vocals cut through in a mix. The PA has a heavy-duty steel grille for durability, and features a 1/4" subwoofer output for connecting an optional subwoofer.

[18 lb] Just follow the instructions and everything should work perfectly for you. Instructions are simple, too. Good volume level, good tone for voice (can't comment on singing). Follow instructions and you will not have feedback. A tiny bit heavy but easy to move and carry with the handy finger-hold insert area on top of the box. To me the heaviness compared to some other speakers makes me think this one might be a lot better made than many of the others in its price range . 5

[1%] This is just what our club needed. All wireless in a 40x40 room with 30-40 people and it got the job done. Also using and external cable hooked up to our A/V system made video conference calls more engaging. Batteries last. We take it to our outdoor events too. I have nothing bad to say. 5

[18 lb] Setup was easy. Great kit. I do wish the center control panel had a stand instead of being on the floor or table. The microphone cord has a jack as opposed to the three pronged thingy. 5

[1%] Amazing design and implementation. I use it with my laptop guitar amp software for live performance. I compared the sound of PW50 with Yamaha HS80 studio monitors - sure you never get same clarity and fidelity but I could come up close enough in terms of frequency response, except for boominess around 300Hz. I'd be much happier if the low eq frequency was set lower and hi eq shelf was set higher - that would give better coloration options. I'd guess the speaker is not meant for general audio reproduction, (though it does a great job here too!) where it shines - is live sound reinforcement for small to mid size venues. The sound is reach and clear. The PW50 can be crazy loud while retaining good quality. The mixing options on the back are just brilliant. Size is great and comfy, materials are fine and manufacturing is very good. The low end - sure you won't get that chest thrust, but there is enough bass for sure even for a general bass guitar duties in case you need it for practice. [1%] I purchased these speakers for parties to allow guests to sing along to the music. Music and vocal quality through the speakers is excellent - I was only able to get good music quality through the 1/8 aux input, not sure why unless the other line inputs are really meant for vocal only. I did use a stereo breakout cable to get separate left and right channels to two of these, and it sounded great. 5
