Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Would this cable work with connecting an UltraSync One to a bmpcc 6k? Then, to confirm, I would need another UltraSync One connected to a Zoom F8n, which would utilize the BNC to Atomos LTC? Thanks in advance.

A: Yes, the Atomos LTC to Right-Angle 3.5mm Mic-Level Timecode Cable will work to connect an UltraSync One to a BMPCC to send timecode, then you can use a cable like the Atomos DIN to BNC Timecode and Genlock Cable for UltraSync ONE (B&H # ATOMXCAB01) for the Zoom F8n. Once the UltraSync One is synced with the device, timecode is embedded in the recorded files and can be recognized by industry-standard software and NLEs (non-linear editors).

Q: 2. Would this work with smallhd Indie 7 locking barrel?

A: Smallhd recommends using their D-Tap to 5.5mm Male DC Barrel Power Cable (3') for use with the Smallhd Indie 7. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1154925-REG/smallhd_cbl_pwr_dtap_bar_36_d_tap_adapter_cable.html/qa

Q: 3. Will this work connected to 2 Rode receivers (so I want to record 4 transmitters), to my Sony A7R5, (4 channels of audio)?

A: The RODE SC11 Right-Angle 3.5mm TRS Y-Splitter Cable is designed for connecting the mono outputs of two devices and sending it to separate channels on a device with a single 3.5mm TRS mic input. The SC11 will carry only two channels of audio. It can be used to connect the mono (combined) output signal from two dual-channel wireless receivers, like the RODE Wireless GO II Microphone System, to the mic input on a camera such as the Sony a7R V Mirrorless Camera. The audio carried by the cable will have the combined audio from one system on the left side and the combined audio the second system on the right side.

Q: 4. Would this be able to power the Atomos Ninja V using the included battery eliminator running off of the IndiPRO Micro Alpha Series 99Wh V-Mount Li-Ion Battery?

A: Yes, the following cable will work to power a Atomos ninja V. I would suggest looking into the following brand to power up you display. https://bhpho.to/3AIiDhJ

Q: 5. Can this be used to send signal from 1 microphone (like Rode VideoMicro) to 2 recorders (like Zoom F1)? If yes - then how the recorders' "plug-in power" should be set? 1 On, 1 Off? Both On? Does it matter?

A: I would not expect that plug in power will work at at all.

Q: 6. Will this cable work for zoom f6 timecode with track e?

A: Yes, the Tentacle Sync Tentacle to DSLR 3.5mm Mini-Jack Cable could be used to send timecode signal between the Tentacle Sync TRACK E and the Zoom F6 Multitrack Field Recorder.

Q: 7. This is for connecting my pocket wizard to my Profoto light. I usually use the PocketWizard MM1 Flash Sync Cable Mono Miniphone to Mono Miniphone but they are back-ordered. Will these work?

A: This Tentacle Sync Tentacle to DSLR 3.5mm Mini-Jack Cable (Right Angle 12") BH #TEC07 is a stereo TRS cable and is not electrically configured like a mono TS cable would be. Here is a 16" flash sync cord cable: Nisha Miniphone 1/8" (3.5mm) Male to Miniphone 1/8" (3.5mm) Male Sync Cord (16") B&H # NIFSC163535 MFR # FSC163535

Q: 8. What adapter do I need to add so this stand can accept a tripod head?

A: No m10 is different forum 3/4

Q: 9. Will this adapter fit on a 5/8" light stand? Will the opening in the bottom fit over a light stand stud? Is that a threaded hole at the bottom side that I can attach a knob?

A: This adapter would not fit over a 5/8" stud on a light stand. A better option for this is the Avenger E390 TVMP Yoke to Stand Adapter, BH # AVE390. http://bhpho.to/3mKtX5z

Q: 10. would this power the feelworld f6 plus safly when plugged into the dtap port from the smallrig 99w v mount battery?

A: No, you won't be able to fully insert the DC barrel from the IndiPRO Tools D-Tap to Locking 2.1mm DC Right-Angle Cable (24") into the FeelWorld F6 Plus 5.5" 4K HDMI Monitor since the monitor does not have a locking connector. Consider the Watson Pro D-Tap to 2.1mm Barrel Cable (19") as an alternative cable. The monitor accepts voltages between 7 to 24 volts. See the link below: https://bhpho.to/3zjOvuz

[1x BNC] This cable is a little pricey, but I find you get what you pay for with cables. I have a PTZ camera that needed to be tucked tightly in a corner for a project and this cable worked perfect by giving me that extra inch or so I needed push back in the corner as much as possible. Almost all my cables are Canare brand and I've always found them to be highly reliable.

[18 AWG] Love canare cables. Been using their connectors since the 80's. high quality. Have 2 200 ft multi channel UHD SDI snakes. 90 ends work great on rack.

[1x BNC] Bulky, not very flexible, but it is built like a tank and has a right angle on one end.

All this 12G cable talk made me worried and I use this on everything except gimbal work.

[18 AWG] I use this to feed signal to my Inferno, it is a good, sturdy build and works great.

[7 x 6 x 2.5"] They are stiff compared to other cables, but I have a bunch of these and they have, to date, NEVER let me down.
