The Aristocrat Floor Lectern from Oklahoma Sound features a scratch-resistant cherry finish, slanted top with pencil stop, and two built-in storage shelves. There's also a slide-out side shelf with a weight capacity of 35 lb. Four casters - two lockable, allow you to move the lectern to your chosen venue. The wood is made from a high-pressure thermal-fused laminate on a particle board core accented with T-mold edging for a more finished appearance. The unit includes assembly hardware.

A: No. The top of the shockmount has a standard XLR female connector so that the connector from a gooseneck mic can plug directly into it.

A: I don't know !

A: You will be able to collapse the dolly with the track wheels connected, however the track wheels are a bit larger than the standard casters. It may not collapse all the way down.

Q: 6. how do i know which tripods are compatible with this device ?

A: Pretty much any tripod with out the metal dual spike, if it is round and flat your ok, if they have a spike but you can spin the rubber part over it then it will work. I would also invest in a 5 pound sand bag it will keep your track and tripod more stable and not so bouncy

A: Yes, the Astatic GSM-1 Lectern/Podium Shock Isolation Mount should accept direct connection from the 3-pin XLR-male base of the Earthworks FM500 Flexible Podium Microphone.

Q: 9. Is there a recommended bag that will fit the Dolly with the Track wheels installed?

A: ShooTools Dolly 360 Carrying Bag BH #SH81030076 • MFR #SH81030076. May be a bit large but it is a good option to consider.

Q: 10. Will this fit Tascam TH-02 heaphones without squeezing bending the wire anchor too much?

A: They might fit but the wire isn't removable on the TH-02 so I wouldn't recommend it, it would be very close and might bend.

[Particle Board] We use this lectern as a prop mainly for our video production class, but it seems like a good podium in general. Lecterns are very expensive, and this is the cheapest one I could find after days of looking. Great deal. 5

[3] These are a great size (not too small). Sliding side shelf extends in either direction. Very well built and easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Great finish and materials. Better than expected. We are equipping these with microphones, lamps, power strips, network and audio/video cables and capabilities. 5

[Particle Board] It's a fine lectern, portable and easily adjustable -- good looking too. One of the feet had a hole drilled slightly off kilter, and I stripped a bolt trying to make it fit. Oklahoma Sound quickly replaced everything. The best products sometimes have defects; the best companies fix them fast! 5

[3] I am a school teacher, and had a lectern at my previous school that didn't come with me when I transferred, so I was looking for a new one that wouldn't break the bank. Very happy with this product, particularly given the cost. Any wobble caused by uneven flooring is fixable with a quick adjustment to the feet of the lectern, and the adjustable height means I can place it at a comfortable height for different types of activity. The reading surface is large enough to have two 8½x11 sheets side by side with room to spare. 5
