The Arca-Swiss Cameraplate 75 for MonoballFix 3 Inchis a lens support plate for the Arca-Swiss MonoballFix quick release supports. It is 3" long and comes with two 1/4"-20 camera screws for securing to a lens foot and similar lens supports.

A: That camera is not listed as tested by Arca-Swiss. We have the opinion that there is a very good chance the locating pin will work.

Q: 6. I would like to attach my Nikon D800 to my Black Rapid RS-7 curve strap using some quick release equipment ie arca swiss slidefix QA Camera plate and a Kirk QRC-1 Quick release clamp. Is this practical and are these reasonable componets to do it with?

A: It is doable but not practical, it's a little on the small side. I use that particular model for my Fuji X100, where it's just right. I would suggest going with the regular Arca Swiss system, I use a Really Right Stuff L-Plate which I just leave on the camera.

Q: 7. Will this suit a Fuji X-T5, and not obstruct the battery door to prevent it from fully opening?

A: This plate will not interfere with the battery door on the xt5

A: Yes

Q: 9. is this compatible with 1dx canon camera with a 70-200 mm 2.8 lens?

A: I have this on a Nikon 750 body and do not use large lenses on this body. It would work but this plate is not as substantial as a full size arcs-swiss compatible plate.

Q: 10. Will this fit the SlideFix QS Quick Release System (on a Monoball p0)?

A: Yes this will fit the P0.

[0.12 lb] This is an absolute requirement in order to attach either a camera or lens to the superior margin of the Arca-Swiss Monoball X-Table System. The Cameraplate 75 for MonoballFix screws into the connecting points of either a camera or lens supporting ring and in turn connects to what appears to be an Arca-Swiss Monoball Fix Quickset Device attached to the upper surface of the X-Table System. The attachment of camera and/or lens appears to be secure and stable. 5

[2x 1/4"-20 Male] I must admit, I tried to get other plates for my P0, which has the slidefix QS quick release, to save some money. The cost savings resulted in plates that didn't properly fit and wasted time. These however, do the job they're intended for. Save the headache and just get them for your P0 with the quick release. 5

[0.12 lb] Because the lens is set a little to the left of center (as seen from the back) this plate still allows the battery/SD card compartment to open fully without having to detach the QR plate. Sweet! Love the Arca-swiss quick release system! 5

[2x 1/4"-20 Male] If you don't have any classic Arca Swiss gear and are looking for a minimalistic camera plate, give the MonoballFix system a try. The baseplates are small and the head clamps are very solid and nice to work with. 5

[0.12 lb] I purchased an Arca-Swiss d4 with the MonoballFix quick release system, and while I love the tripod head, it did not come with a plate. I purchased this and it works very well with the head. I was a bit hesitant on the MonoballFix system, and I ultimately ended up going down a RRS plate/clamp style route, but I think it's pretty nice for what you're paying for. If I wasn't invested in RRS clamps and brackets, I would have no quams using this kind of plate as it's small, lightweight, and solid. Expensive. But the good stuff usually is. 5
