A: The QR clamp on this system cannot be rotated.

A: The difference between the Arca-Swiss Monoball p0 Ball Head with Classic Quick Release and the Arca-Swiss Monoball P0+ with Classic Quick Release is that the P0+ has a friction control. You can preset the friction level and find it again as soon as you untighten the tightening ring.

A: Since it has a clamp on top, all you would need is an Arca Swiss type camera plate for the bottom of your camera or a lens plate for the bottom of your lens, if it has a lens collar.

A: Yes but I would be concerned about using really big glass. This is my favorite head for field work but the 80-200 2.8 is biggest thing I would put on it.

Q: 10. Do you stock the "Classic" version? Is there an advantage to the Microball mount?

A: I'm sorry but we do not carry the classic version, just the monoballfix. If you mean monoballfix, no there are just different mount systems and the monoball fix is only proprietary to Arca Swiss.

[7.9" (200 mm)] Replaced my old Cullman beast with this - far easier to unlock/lock, and much, much lighter. Works well with 70-200 zoom - and makes life easier! 5

[7.9" (200 mm)] After seeing a few other headshot photographers use this tripod head I was sold. Having used a grip ball head that wasn't strong enough and then a head that was too fussy with all the different screws, this was perfect. It's quick and easy to move to exactly where I need it with just a quick twist and it's rock solid even with my 70-200 lens on it. My one request would be for the dial to be a little wider to make it easier to grip but that is just me, it still gets 5 stars from me as it's made my workflow during shoots much smoother. Would I buy again? Yes!! 5

[7.9" (200 mm)] I have been pleased with my Arca-Swiss monoball p0 ball head with the Slidefix QS quick release. This clamps an Arca-Swiss mounting plate with a lever action. Unfortunately it accepts only the smaller Arca-Swiss mounting plates, so I bought this version with Classic Quick Release. It has two dovetail receptacle widths and so can take both sizes of Arca-Swiss dovetail. The screw clamp is less convenient than the lever, but worth it since most vendors advertising Arca-Swiss compatible mounts mean the larger mount! 5
