[0.8 lb] I bought this for our football stadium. We had a lavaliere mic for the ref and it was not working out well. Changed to the Shure SM31FH mic and all is great. I paired it with the Shure Wa360 In-Line Remote Mute Switch and all of the stuff works GREAT!!!! 5

[Black] Elecret Condenser Mic Lightweight, fits easiy around my head. I forget it's on soon after starting to perform. Very nice sound quality. It makes it easy to look around while singing and playing guitar. I found I could adjust the volume by quickly moving it closer or further from my mouth for harmony vs. lead vocals. I need to be aware of breathing into it, that makes quite a racket. It does include two wind screens which help. It does absolutely need phantom power to operate. 5

[Phantom Power] I use it in my amateur radio station which is computer controlled. I was looking for an alternative to boom mics which block my view of the pc and keyboard. I'm not a fan of headsets as I prefer listening to studio monitor speakers. So after some searching I found these and am very happy with them so far. they are plugged into a Behringer sound card to my pc. Sound is good with a bit of equalizer adjustment and I can wear them for a few hours before I find them getting a bit uncomfortable. I simply take them off for a minute or so and am good to go for a few more hours. You will need phantom power to use these. Overall I do recommend them. 5

[Black] I am using this mic for making voiceovers. It is a very nice mic. What I like the most-it doesn't catch much of the room's noise. In other words, it records well even in a poorly treated room. 5

[0.8 lb] I play 4 keyboards set up in an L shape, and I am the lead singer in our band (PSYKX CREAK - in case you were wondering :-)). Had a real problem with feedback every time I turned my head, with the mic that came with my original Shure wireless kit. I bought this mic/headset, and it not only is SO much better with avoiding feedback, but it also fits my head better and gives me better sound quality as well. Really worthwhile investment! 5
