The black NuQ122-AN 2500W 2-Way 12" Full-Range Powered Loudspeaker from Turbosound is ideally suited for a wide range of portable and fixed installation speech and music sound-reinforcement applications. Designed to work individually without a controller, the NuQ122-AN Loudspeaker provides optimal performance for FOH, sidefill, and delay-line loudspeakers, and is an ideal choice for wedge-monitoring applications. It also offers the flexibility to accommodate venue-specific requirements for install applications.

The NuQ122-AN Loudspeaker features a 12" low-frequency driver with a low-mass voice coil for improved transient response and an aluminum dome with 1" neodymium high-frequency compression driver, which is mounted on a rotatable 70° horizontal by 70° vertical-dispersion converging-elliptical waveguide. Output power for the NuQ122-AN Loudspeaker is provided by means of an efficient and lightweight KLARK TEKNIK 2500W Class-D power amplifier. An easy-to-use KLARK TEKNIK Digital Signal Processor (DSP) provides dynamic EQ for impressive full-range response at low volume levels and transparent limiting for clarity at high-output levels as well as for long-term reliability.

On the rear panel of the amplifier module, the user interface’s LCD display and single rotary encoder provide intuitive access to position compensation, user EQ control, subwoofer integration, and signal-routing features. In addition to the balanced XLR input, an XLR output is provided for daisy-chaining more active loudspeakers or for use with active subwoofers. An onboard USB port provides access for remote control of the NuQ122-AN Loudspeaker via PC computer, as well as DSP firmware updates.

ULTRANET connectivity is provided by two locking etherCON connectors. Up to 16 independent channels of 24-bit digital audio and control data are transmitted via a single Cat5 cable between compatible digital devices including mixers, input/output stage boxes, powered loudspeakers and personal monitoring systems. Simplified cable routing and ease of setup translate directly into significant time saved during installation.

Finished in a highly durable semi-matte black paint, the trapezoidal cabinet is constructed from 15mm birch plywood, and includes a rugged powder-coated perforated steel-mesh grille. Multiple threaded rigging points are provided for suspension in any orientation. The NuQ122-AN Loudspeaker also features a 35mm socket for standard pole mounting plus integrated handles for convenient transport. Mains power input is provided via a Neutrik powerCON connector.

A: No it does not. I just bought this kit and it comes with the camera and the paper exposure calculator. You will need to buy a 4x5 film holder and 4x5 film (or 4x5 direct positive paper) to use this camera. (The older version of this kit did include film but that version is no longer available.)

A: The controller will work with Fujinon Lenses that have a 12-Pin Port.

A: You could use a sff-8644 to sff-8088 external cable to connect to them.

A: Interfit advertises a t.1 flash duration of 1/8000th.

A: The Siros L LED modeling lamp is a fixed power output and cannot be dimmed to be proportional with its flash power setting.

A: i'm sure you could but I don't know that it would be all that helpful.

A: This product is made in Taiwan.

A: It comes with a Universal Mounting Bracket.

A: Yes. More than enough power to illuminate a 120x180 cm.

[0 to 300 ms] This speaker rocks. It's really loud, made from very great materials and super easy to setup and use. Because it's plastic, it's not heavy, so great for gigging or DJ events. Once again, Mackie is awesome. For the price, $399 on sale, it's amazing. Two of these would make an awesome DJ setup as well. 5

[131 dB peak] We are a church and needed speakers for outdoor events, parties, dancing, picnics for about 100 to 200 folks. I called a friend who happens to install home sound and video systems in high end homes, big dollar systems and asked him what I should get. He turned me on to QSC and narrowed it down to the CP12 series for our application. There were other speakers that did more stuff but my friend the audio expert said Get the tool that does the main job very well and not all the gingerbread, it will last a lot longer. I did and wow the speakers sound great!!! 5

[Active] Great speakers for any occasion. I purchased the 12 version since the price was lower and specs are the same for the 15 set. Durable, multiple handles make them easy to carry, set-up and take down. The pole mount has a set-screw to ensure the speaker doesn't spin once mounted on the stand. 5

[Class-D] Bought the speakers for a large group (60+ people) and had plenty of volume for PA and background music. The mic anti-feedback thing didn't work that well, but I was using a separate mixer and two speakers run separate. They crank up fine and have some good base. If you love base and want your chest to pound, these are not for you. Go with 15 instead. I would say they are on the low side of 1000W, but plenty to have the neighbors call the cops. 5

[131 dB peak] I've been working in live professional audio for over 20 years. I can say hands down these units are the best (small/medium) PA. I work at a university and we own 2 of the 3000 and one of the 1000 units. These have served 90% of all our needs. Just last weekend I ran the pair of 3000 for about 350 in a ballroom for our new student orientation and ran them hard ( Hard House, EDM and Hip Hop. They have built in limiters that help protect the drivers, but I did not even have to run them to limit. The coverage / intelligibility were fantastic for spoken word. Great units for the price and I only need to take one trip in the van to move the whole PA. I will be ordering 2 more. Well done Turbosound for these fantastic units.good for Pro, church, or school. CON: Low end is lacking for our application, I would have prefered our pair of dual 18" subs, but the pair of 12" subs per side worked OK. 5

[0 to 300 ms] I've had a pair of these for a few years now. They work very well as stage monitors. I use mine primarily as a monitor for my keyboards when performing. There is a multi-position switch that changes the EQ depending on the listening mode, but I usually leave it in Stage Monitor mode. Inputs are combination XLR / 1/4 TRS jacks. However, the daisy-chain connection to another monitor is XLR only - not 1/4 TRS, which is a pain in the neck sometimes. And the volume setting on the first monitor determines the maximum volume setting on any daisy-chained monitors. Overall, a very rugged monitor that has been dropped a few times and taken its share of abuse, but has never failed me. And it's a lot smaller and lighter than comparable stage wedges. To make sure I never lose the power cord, I have caribiners on the handle and the AC cord that I just snap together when transporting it. B&H occasionally has sales on these and also bundles (stand and XLR cable) - jump on those sales when available! 5

[0 to 300 ms] From a small band perspective, these are loud and clear. I wish there was a bluetooth off switch though. The only way to mute bluetooth seems to be with the app. Once it is connected to a device using the app at least it doesn't seem to be able to connect to another device usuing the app. ie. someone hijacking your speakers. The bluetooth and speaker linking does work well. The audio is very clear, and they are pretty loud. For a sub $500 40lb cabinet made out of plastic it sounds good. Certainly good enough for small gigs. As far as the voicing options, live or monitor sounds best to me using an analog mixer with no other outboard gear. Overall I think this a great buy at this price point. You will want some kind of cover or bag though, they did away this the screen and went with control knobs which is fine, but I feel like they could be a little more vulnerable to me. 5
