The Black Box ServSwitch DT Dual-Head DVI USB KVM Switchfrom Black Box ServSwitch DT Dual-Head DVI USB KVM Switchenables you to control four multimedia computers. The switch supports digital resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 on each video head for sharp video plus stereo audio. It is also compatible with DVI flat screens. In addition to multimedia capabilities, the KVM switch features four USB ports. The switch's device hub port supports USB 1.1 or 2.0 high-speed device sharing, plug and play, and DDC2B emulation.

[4.156 lb] I've used my KVM going on 4 years now and have never had a single performance issue and we order these for other employees. My gripes (more wishes, really) more space between the DVI connections on back and of course USB 3.0 which was long since available when we ordered. Most of our monitors and PCs in use are DVI and now we're seeing more DP connections come in and so far OK so long as the monitor has DVI obviously. Very happy and highly recommend if your monitor(s) are DVI. 5

[CE] When working with multiple PCs, a KVM moves from a nice-to-have to an essential piece of equipment. This KVM packs an incredible amount of ports and functionality into a very compact size. I used to have it out front where I could reach the (Switching) button, but once I got used to the hot-key switching, it’s now hidden in behind the machines, keeping my work area clean and uncluttered with cables. The resolution on the monitors is excellent and response time to switch back and forth is fast and smooth. Setup was easy once I planned where all my cables were going, and I recommend tightening all the screws for the DVI cables to the back of the KVM as you attach them. Trying to do so afterwards can be very tricky! I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review 5

[CE] Had previous experience with a dual port DVI and VGA StarTech KVM and this one is just as good. Yes, the hot keys don't work with a wireless keyboard but I suspect that is more a function of the keyboard driver than the KVM switch, since the last unit I had also had a wireless keyboard and mouse and was flawless in its operations. It would be nice if the DVI connectors were just a smidgen (metric) further apart from one another, but these are minor issues that have nothing to do with the quality or the operation of the unit itself. I love the fact that this is a metal housing; makes it stay put and feels high quality. 5

[CE] There is a lot packed into this box. It delivers great resolution and audio with push button connectivity. As always StarTech makes sure you have the right connection for your power source. This product does not include all of the connection cables so you just can just purchase what ever lengths you need. 5
