The black Yamaha NS-C210 Two-Way Center Channel Speaker Blackhas the ability to handle up to 120W of power. For full-range sound reproduction, this speaker incorporates dual 3.1" cone woofers and a 0.9" balanced dome tweeter. The two-way bass reflex design combined with the 65 - 45 kHz frequency response allows this speaker to handle a wide range of listening material. [86 dB] I have two Yamaha floor standing speakers hooked up to my turntable and tv system. I was looking into setting up for 5.1 and didn't really know how to do that with out spending a ton of money, and then I found that Yamaha has these available! They have made a huge improvement in my home theater set up, they integrate really well. You have to run cables, which are unsightly but I don't see much of a way around that. I live in a medium size Brooklyn apartment (so...small by USA standards, lets be real here)and this has been a perfect solution! I'm no audiophile, and I actually skipped the sub because the floor speakers put out plenty of bass for an apartment. Yamaha stuff for me has been a great value. This equipment will work for years to come, and as a lover of film and casual gamer, I'm in heaven! Now to get that 4k tv... :-) 5

[86 dB] I am not using this as a Center Channel Speaker, but as my Left Dolby Atmos Speaker. I have an older JBL Center Channel Speaker for the Right Dolby Atmos Speaker, and I wanted something similar for the Left so I purchased the somewhat affordable Yamaha. Yes, it is an odd choice for Dolby Atmos Speakers, but it works and sounds really good. 5

[Bass-Reflex] This speaker is used as a center channel speaker in my home theatre system. I didn't have a center channel speaker before and was advised this is the most important speaker for a home theatre system - I don't think that is true when you have a good pair of front speakers that are properly calibrated. This added a bit to the overall sound and surround sound experience, but if I was broke, I could easily live without it. I found it hard to find speakers that were not too tall as I didn't want the speaker to block any of the TV screen. These fit perfectly with my setup. A special note for Canadian customers, B&H makes ordering from Canada very easy and there are no hidden costs (or any costs for that matter upon product arrival). Total shipping time was very fast. 5

[16.1 x 8 x 6.6"] Product was exactly what I needed to enhance a current 2.1 system. My receiver is able to make this balance well with my full size left and right speakers. Make sure you have a good receiver to drive this. Fills the center sound perfectly. Only complaint is that the grill is not removable. It's glued on, which I found out after pulling it off carefully. But I was able to pop it back on. Size was perfect to fit under my HDTV. 5
