The black K&M 16090 Black Headphone Holderis covered in soft rubber to protect and hold 2 standard headphones securely. In addition, there are grooves on the front of the support arm in which two in-ear-headphones can be hung. The clamp can be extended from 0 to 1.77" (0 to 45 mm) allowing it to be mounted on a wide variety of tables, shelves, etc.

High quality materials and construction used in making this headphone holder and low price make it a great deal. I use it for my Beyerdynamic T1 and AKG 550 headphones with no problems. Plenty of room for both headphones. Also hang my Shure earphones on the end for easy access. Couldn't ask for anything more.... 5

[3.94" (100 mm)] I previously reviewed the K&M 16080 headphone holder which is meant to attach to a vertical pole. This one is meant to attach to a horizontal shelf or tabletop. It performs perfectly. I use it for holding headphones as well as audio cables. K&M also makes a similar model that can attach vertically or horizontally and can then pivot to any angle from there. That one costs more than double the price of this one. My feeling is that almost no one will need to mount it any other way than either horizontally or vertically. Therefore, I would suggest K&M make a simple redesign of this one such that the bracket can be mounted in either direction without the need for the over-engineerred rotating clamp. 5
