Ikan Power Kit Dual Rod Clamp BMPCC Canon 900 Battery Plateprovides a way to power your Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera using an available camcorder type battery. This item is well suited for use by operators who already own Canon 900 type batteries and wish to use them to power their Blackmagic Pocket Camera.

The unit slides onto and clamps to LWS 15mm rods, and it comes pre-built and ready to go out of the box, just insert your battery and connect the unit to your camera via the coiled cable that provides about three feet of extension.

A: I think the CRI is greater than 80 but must be less than 85. The LED panel is having a very serious green color casting and I have to buy some plus green and plus blue color gel to adjust it. However, after adjusting with the color gel, it lose about 1.5stop. Therrfore, if you are very serious with the CRI, I don't think this is a product suitable for you.

A: This battery will not provide information to the FS7, and will not work at all unless connected by the connector cable to the camera's DC in port.

A: The CAME-TV Uninterruptible Power Supply Dual V-Mount Battery Plate would work with any v-mount battery size. You do not need to work with Mini sized batteries.

[19 mm Rod Mount] I had been working with a cold V-mount plate for a while (not using the pins at the bottom of the V-mount battery), and it became annoying to connect to and disconnect from the V-mount battery itself over and over again, not to mention having to ration a single D-tap port. This new battery plate gives me the ability to quickly swap V-mount batteries and power multiple devices at the same time, including devices that require USB. It's a real boon. 5

[1x DC Jack] I wonder why this battery plate costs less then other brands. The plate has numerous d-tap outlets and a built on 15mm rod mount, that is adjustable. A lemo connector was included. It does the job. 5

[1x DC Jack] This Ikan product delivered what I expected. A good solid build and function. One minor negative is that there is a power switch that does not seem to actually control any of the output ports. 5

[19 mm Rod Mount] I had been mounting my V-Mount better on top of my rails for a GH5 maxed out rig. I thought it would be best if it was below the rails and this looked like a good solution. I discovered the battery cannot be positioned vertically as shown in the product illustration, it will hit the rails. This is resolved by positioning the battery beyond the rails. A small issue because if it were vertical it would still have to be tilted to remove the battery. Just be aware of this when planning your rig. I pushed my rails forward when rebalancing the rig. On the plus side, the on off button is great. In the past I had to unplug the d-tap when not using the rig. The lens motor controller drained the battery even when the lens motors were off. The on off button disengages the battery from this trickle drain and I no longer have to pull the d-tap splitter every time I am not using the rig. 5
