The PDMIKC5's 17.5" gooseneck allows you to adjust the mic to your desired level. The mic's cardioid pickup rejects off-axis sound, blocking out unwanted background noise.

The microphone is constructed from durable metal and PVC. It provides a 40 Hz to 16 kHz frequency response, and is powered by a 9V battery.

A: Mounting will not be an issue in your case and the arm should be able to handle up to about 2 lbs with no problem.

A: Yes, the Pyle Pro PMKSH01 Suspension Microphone Boom Arm can attach to any tabletop or shelf, as long as the thickness is not wider than the opening of the clamp.

A: When I purchased this set, it came in a box with styrofome. No bag. Also, I don't consider this unit to be portable since the base unit isn't small, so I wouldn't expect a bag to come with it.

[Mono] I bought this to use at church meetings. It works great to just sit on the table or podium and picks up voices from up to a few feet away. No need to put it right up to your mouth and talk. 5

[2.14 lb] Yes they are very inexpensive however they have preformed well during several live events both as static mic or in a push to talk situation. Capture is decent and sound rejection is very good. You get more than what you pay for with these Pyle Mics. Considering the alternative is more that 8 times higher in price it was a no brainer. 5

[2.14 lb] Used these for an association leadership conference. 40 in a U shape 2 per attendee. worked great! ON/OFF switch is intuitive. Mic lights up when on. Sound pick up was acceptable. Mics looked professional. No issues during 2 day conference. Rcommended 5

[2.14 lb] Nice Microphone for studio Talk Back. Only problem was a dead 9 volt battery (included), which was easily replaced. I would recommend this product, well constructed and easy to use. 5
