A: Not 100% sure, but I believe it will work as long as you have a bowens mount.

A: These two bulbs for use in the USA, Chimera Speed Ring with Mogul/Household Socket - USA Plug, for Video Pro & Lantern Lightbanks B&H # CHSRML MFR # 9830 and Chimera Mogul Base Lamp - 500 Watts/120 Volts - for Lantern B&H # CHLM500L MFR # 5505 are correct for the fixture you picked.If you are in not in 120 volt environment you will need a different bulb.

Q: 3. Will this work on a Stella Pro 5000?

A: If it uses the Profoto 100mm mount without anything protruding then in theory it should work

Q: 4. Will the RFI Profoto speeding RING work with the PROFOTO 2' OCTA?

A: I bought the Profoto 2' Octa to use with the B1. You'll need the newer Profoto OCF Speedring to use with any OCF product

A: Yes, the Profoto Speed Ring for OCF Flash Heads can work with the Profoto B2.

A: I use it with my octa on d1 heads (exact same as b1) and it has worked great for over a year.

A: Yes, this ring would work on the Arri L7 LED fresnels.

A: Yes, the Phottix Speed Ring for Bowens Flash Heads may be used with Godox softboxes that come with standard softbox rods.

Q: 9. Will it work with the B2?

A: Yes, it will. But you can use the Profoto Speedring for OCF Flash Heads - 101210 - a little less expensive.Profoto softboxes are divided in categories by the amount of heat they support. They are OCF, RFi and HR. The first, OCF is designed to work with heads that have a LED modeling light - B1 and B2. It means less heat. The second, RFi is designed to suport some more heat, D1, D2 heads for example. They work with halogen modeling lights. Then we have the third, continuos light devices that need to be HR - heat resistant.The size of the fit is always the same, the differences are in heat resistance and weight.

Q: 10. Will this speed ring work with paul buff light modifers or soft boxes?

A: Each softbox MFR has its own diameter of rods, so we cannot be sure.

[1.25 lb] I use this speed ring on a Dedo light 150, in conjunction with a Chimera soft box extra small 12x16. The ring is very tough, fits the Dedo light perfectly and does just what it is supposed to do - hold the softbox securely to the lamp head. It does this with ease and without any give or stress on the Dedo light. I highly recommend this accessory. 5

[ARRI] I just got around to adding two ARRI T1 1K Fresnels to my lighting kit. Because I use these lamps most frequently in interviews I depend heavily on Chimera Video Pro soft boxes. I find this design ARRI speedring to be very easy to assemble and disassemble the soft box quickly on location. It's pricey, but the convenience issue well justifies the price over the long run in my book. Well made and does the job day in and day out. 5

[1.25 lb] Works as advertised. Keeps the light from leaking between the front glass and the barn doors. Should have been included with the light since what it does is fix what is essentially a design flaw. 5

[ARRI] I use this ring with an Arri 300 along with an extra small chimera box as a nice soft 3/4 back or rake light. It's very lightweight and packs nicely in the arri kit. We don't often think about using a soft box with lights this small but as the sensitivity of cameras increase it's nice to emulate the soft box look with smaller fixtures. 5

[ARRI] Originally had a plastic ring that ended up breaking after one of our shoots. Replaced it with the aluminum and it is far more durable and sturdy. Love the company and their products. We order from here regularly. 5
